I contacted Lind Electronics because my power adapter lost a piece when transferring from one vehicle to another. I received a quick response from Randy Robeck and he was sending me a repair kit. Excellent customer service and quick reply! Will continue buying there products!thank you

Horrible technical support. When I stated who I was and asked "How are you", all I got was silence. I asked the same question thinking the phone cut out, and was returned with "I m g o o d. . . . what do you need?" When I asked about specific adaptors for a DC inverter, the agent was rude and stated they don't sell them. When I asked about specification of a cable, the guy hung up on me. Horrible customer support, especially considering we have 118 of their inverters on our equipment, and more in stock. I would not recommend this company. I would not recommend dialing 3 for technical support and asking any questions either.
