Mastercraft Plumbing

We turned off our main water line to install some appliances and the gate value broke resulting in loss of water to the home. I cannot express how responsive Mastercraft plumbing was to our problem. The office staff was very reassuring they could find someone urgently to help us out before the weekend. Steve stopped by and within a few hours, fixed the broken valve and had our main water line back up and running. City of Ann Arbor was also very helpful getting the water turned off to the home, so we are very grateful for the entire effort. All done at a very fair price. Plan to call on them in again for future projects. Thank you!

I could not be happier with the work Mark's crew performed. It was a full building renovation with 100% of the plumbing replaced. They were competitively priced, prompt, on schedule and the work completed was great. I've had to call them out for a few additions to the project and he had his crew out the same day both times. Very happy with Mastercraft Plumbing for our water heater repair. They ordered the parts for us, got them covered under warranty and charged us half of what another plumber we originally called was going to charge for the labor. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

These folks are phenomenally responsive and expert at their work. I had a sump pump fouled beyond belief with iron ochre, more rains forecast, and my go to outfit that did the original install was booked and understaffed so recommended I call Mastercraft. Janet was beyond helpful on the phone this morning and said she would do her best to pull one of her crew ASAP to get over to me on the west side of Ann Arbor. In under two hours she had Marcus here with a new pump, and an hour later he finished some expert work and creative solutioning. Impeccably clean and caring work. If only everything in the world worked this well and with such integrity. A++ Hire these people and let it rain, but not on your parade.

We had an excellent experience with Kevin from Mastercraft Plumbing. He recognized our water leaking problem immediately and replaced our shower head connector pipe. He was efficient and explained everything to our satisfaction. We will certainly use this company again.

I called them for a sump pump replacement when mine stopped working. They fit me in their schedule the next day. Great service and quick to respond. Will call them again for any plumbing repair!!

Tony is a very professional plumber. He walks you through your problems and his explain his recommendations. He uses only quality manufactures and explains the difference from the solutions he installs compared to what you will find at the box stores. Tony has fixed shut off valves, hot water tank and now a new water softener at our house. We keep going back to him because of the trust factor. No issues yet with any of his work.

It is always such a relief to find a great service person who is excellent at what (s)he does. Steve has done work for me before and it's always outstanding, whether it's helping with a renovation or resurrecting a dead toilet. I am ever so grateful!
