Elizabeth was awesome! Very helpful and friendly. If I could rate service today higher than 5, she would have definitely received a 10. I would recommend anyone visiting this location to ask for Elizabeth upon arrival! Clean store and friendly staff!

A breath of fresh air! Trading in an older phone for a new one is something I dread. I called ahead and spoke to Elizabeth to firm up the pricing on the trade-in before I went in. It look about 20 minutes to do paperwork and then about an hour for the data to transfer. It was the EASIEST upgrade I have ever had. Outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly service!

Everybody, there is always very nice and helpful.. They even actually checked my phone bill for any cheaper rates. They save me alot of money, they are awesome!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. BY FAR the best store for mobile products, and accessories. The customer service I received at this store was far beyond what I expected. Mark was very professional, and courteous. Very knowledgable, and took his time to answer every question. I have been buying phones for well over a decade, and this is seriously the best experience I have ever had at any store...in my life. If you need a new phone, or to add a line, upgrade a line, etc definitely go here! This will be the only place I go for all my mobile needs. So good!
