met the best worker ever. his name is carter, such a joyful little lad. helped me return some packages that i had to send back and carter made it very easy. would definitely recommend. you have to get this kid a raise or even promote to manager!!

This is my absolute favorite place to ship in town, they are always fast, efficient, and kind. Today they were very busy and worked very hard to greet everyone when they came in and to get through everyone quickly. I also always bring my toddlers and they are quick to give them stickers and smile at them. I think they always go above and beyond.

Very friendly staff, shorter wait times. Excellent customer service. Very convenient for shipping and delivery, Amazon returns, and other services.

Top notch customer service they don’t sit around. As soon as that door opens they are right there for you. Competent and friendly… real review!!!

I use this location sometimes several times in a week or weekly, staff is fast, friendly, and efficient!

My experience was great shipping with ups was quick and easy

I had an urgent need for a notary. I went to Sameer (The owner of this store) shortly before closing time. He quickly processed what I needed and even scanned and emailed it for me saving me an extra stop on my way home. I have dealt with Lisa at this location many times for my shipping needs and she too is fast and efficient at helping customers and always with a smile. This is my go to UPS store and it should be yours too!

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! The owner of this store is incredibly kind and is committed to outstanding customer service. I had two separate packages delivered to his store (which is approximately 20 minutes from me) instead of my house as expected. While the UPS Stores have nothing to do with delivery mishaps, he brought my packages TO MY DOOR, two days in a row because he lives nearby. Now THAT is nearly unheard of these days, and very much appreciated!!! Please support him!

I was processing an Amazon return a few days ago. The staff was amazing by helping me select the correct drop off location (their store) they packaged and shipped my return hassle free.
They are quick, efficient and friendly. I wouldn’t use any other location in the future.

I can't say enough about the staff who helped me last week. I had quite a lengthy fax to send and the owner suggested a time when they wouldn't be as busy. It was perfect and they went above and beyond to help me. It didn't hurt that they were so personable and really understood customer service. I'm pretty sure it was the owner (studying to be a nurse is what I remember) and Allie working that day (12/2/2021) I will take all of my business there. Thank you, ladies.

So I have rarely shipped anything out except a few smaller things here and there from the local post office but I recently made a move out of state and needed to ship quite a few things.

This location's service was excellent, their help was wonderful and very appreciated for someone who had never even walked into a UPS store before until then. Apparently they're under new management at that location as well and they're doing an awesome job!

Truly exceptional customer service. I needed to print a resume/cover letter, but wasn't sure of the process, so I called the store. The associate was very friendly and instructed me to send my documents via email. Minutes later, I received a personal confirmation email, which also alerted me to the time of closing. When I arrived, my documents were printed and placed in an envelope. They even printed two copies of my resume just in case (which I did need, but forget to request!). Every associate in the story was exceptionally friendly, and I will definitely be back for all printing and shipping needs.

I went in to ship an item that I had a prepaid label for but no box. Stacey was extremely helpful and Provided top notch customer service. My item was an odd sized but she knew exactly what I needed and she got me back on my way for a very reasonable price.

I have NO idea what the other reviews that gave a 1/5 are talking about! They truly must have the wrong store because this store is the ONLY ups store I go to! They have the BEST customer service and the owner Sam goes above and beyond always!!! The other employees are kind, professional, always asking if I needed help with print jobs, always attentive and VERY VERY respectful. I have always been greeted with the upmost respect and professionalism and they always get the job done in a timely manner. I truly will not go to another location and will drive out of my way to go to this one. BEST ups store there is, this is the truth.

My experience here was great. The hospitality, the speed of line/taking care of customers was fantastic! I dealt with a man named sameer and I swear to you if ups could get tips I would of tipped this guy 50% of my total due. Such an amazing experience and so friendly. I highly recommend this location over any other one. Every ups store I been too which I USE WEEKLY HAS NEVER TREATED ME THIS WELL! This is my location forever and always now!
