Harbor Freight Tools

Great tools if you only need to use them once!
I got one of the small screwdrivers I bought from them stuck in my urethra a few weeks back! That was NOT a pleasant ER visit! Definitely learned my lesson LOL

I visited the Harbor Freight store located in Westland. Michigan. It's a took and equipment store. But has everything a hardware has plus more. I was looking for a specific item that I couldn't find anywhere else. This Harbor Freight location had the item. The cashier told me exactly where to find it. The customer service was great. I ended up purchasing more items than I went to buy. The have a wide variety of items at this location. I recommend this location and I will shop here again.

Awesome customer service on the phone and in the store. Near and clean and easy to find what I was looking for.

Love this place and it nice receiving a useful coupon that could be used on pretty much any item

They have updated there store and moved a few things around like the check out which is nicer. Still a great store with mostly great products, and even the cheap products depending on use are great and affordable.

They always have what you want and what you dont need but end up buying !!!

Good location, few and far in between locations. Only 2 within a drive able area from me. Good and clean location. Well stocked with friendly staff. Does get busy sometimes but perfect time in the AM to beat the crowd. Good tools, honestly the hand tools you can't beat the price that's for sure.

The return policy is what makes this place top notch. I mean you can literally purchase a tool or tools use it and if you don't need it no more take it back for a refund

It's always a joy coming to this place. Definitely a man's mecca of sorts. We all know what the store is know for and they definitely deliver on the mark there. Cheaper priced tools to get the job done once and toss the tool usually. I will say they seem to be expanding in the offerings they have with having a better grade line of tools. I began buying tools for my son. As a father I'd rather start him out with something cheaper but still worthwhile. Yes they still sell the Predator line of engines and other cool things. I believe they are exceedingly moving up the food chain in the tool world 🌎. Just my opinion yours may differ.

Five stars cause they always cool, but I stop in there often to never pick up any coupons.

I think that everything is online through emails and apps, which disturbs me.

It is a tools warehouse. Great store to find various tools that you might find at Lowes or Home Depot. Store is like Tractor Supply. Prices are reasonable. Not sure about the quality of the material or tools. Staff are polite and friendly. If you need some specialized tools then this might be the store for you. Some of the brands are unique.

Much like Home Depot and Lowes, a man could blow his whole paycheck in this place at one visit. This particular location is clean, the employees are friendly, and the store is petty well stocked. Every time I've been there, I've always found what I was looking for. The quality of products they sell in the store could be a hit or miss depending on what you're buying. The only problem I've had is with a chainsaw that leaked the chain oil out of the bottom of the tool. I should have taken it back, but that's on me.

Whoever the manager at this location is needs to give Meghan the cashier a raise.

That woman is the pinnacle of great customer service, she was very nice and took care of my return/exchange without any problems. If there was more people like her in the work force the world would be a better place.

Large choice of tools and other work type items. Have been there often. Only problem I have with them is me knowing when to quit looking and buying .
