Kohl's

Hi went into Kohl's on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. I was able to find what I was looking for. ( A last minute Christmas gift). The items I purchased were not only in stock, but on sale. When I went to check- out, I thought the wait would be long, but the line moved quickly, I was in and out in a short amount of time. The woman that waited on me was very Sweet, and Friendly, she gave me a coupon to use at check-out, she made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Good quality jacket for my granddaughter and good sale price. When Sephora was added there is a lot less items to choose from in other departments. I don’t shop as often as I used to because not much to choose from.

Kohl's is a great store for clothing and household items. Get a Kohl's credit card and they will regularly send you discount coupons for up to 30% off and give you a $10 coupon for each $50 spent. The discounts add up. I buy most of my clothes from them and find it to be a good way to go.

What's not to love about Kohl's!

One of the few remaining department stores that presents you with value. For a brick and mortar retail establishment, competing against Amazon, that is difficult to accomplish.

They succeed by providing quality brands and merchandise at prices that are competitive with their online rivals. If you choose to spend your hard-earned dollars at a retail establishment, there's got to be a good reason, beyond the merchandise, and that's the businesses associates. Everybody working at Kohl's is happy! And in being happy they are also helpful.

I've received coupon discounts even after I announced that I forgot to bring mine in. The associate scanned in a store coupon so that I didn't miss my discount. Awesome!

Speaking of Amazon! Kohl's is an Amazon return center. I can return my Amazon purchases at Kohl's without even having to box them up. I initiate the return with Amazon indicating that I will take it to Kohl's. Moments after Kohl's scans my QR code for the return, Amazon issues me my credit for the return.

To make things even better, Kohl's gives me a coupon to use at my next purchase simply for coming into the store to return my Amazon purchase. Brilliant marketing! I almost always leave the store buying something at a discount only because I chose to return my Amazon purchase that didn't work out for me at Kohl's.

My local Kohl's is always well stocked and merchandised nicely. That's an indication of happy employees, and that is a result of good management.

This place the staff is always super friendly and helpful I can almost never leave here without finding something but I hardly ever regret it because the deals are always a steal.

Clean and organized. Check out is one line which is great. Cashier was helpful and friendly.

Ginger at the Westland, MI store is the best! See her if you can and she will be sure to make sure you have a great visit.

Kohl's westland mall is a big fashion store.
They have a large variety of designer brands like Pierre Cardin, Izod, Philips, Dorcas, croft and barrow, boss, dolce and Havana to mention a few. They sell men's wear, women wears and also children wears. Their jewelry and perfume section is fantastic. Shopping at kohl's is lovely because they have 30% discounts on slot of their stuff. You will not report shopping with khol's.

We have been shopping at Kohl’s since 1990. This is one store we can always find a bargain, especially when shopping for the grandkids. We were recently at the Westland store, and the associate Ms Willie was most helpful, couldn’t thank her enough.

The store in Westland MI has the friendliest associates of any Kohls store I’ve been in!
It is also very very neat and organized!
