Mel Hoberman has been extremely helpful and caring and has been great helping me and counseling me and helping me reach my goals that I needed to setup with myself..He's always there when you need him even if it's by appointment or a phone call.. great manners and great bedside manner and listens to what you have to say.. hard to find any more in a dr.. thank u Mel for everything!

Very helpful, and professional.

Mel Hoberman is very rude, disrespectful and belligerent. I reached out to him today inquiring about a situation, what was expected by the courts and my expectations due to my paying out of pocket cost for my son's sessions with him. He became irate, told me how long he's been in business and used fouled language. He did not want to hear anything! Told me I was talking too much (damn right when I'm giving you my money!) If you were doing your job you would not have heard from me. Mel was referred to me by someone near and dear to me. I don't think they have ever seen this side of him and needless to say, I would never see it again either because I will be finding my son another treatment facility. I thought Mel Hoberman was a good guy, but its obvious he's all about money. I must admit I am shocked as to how disrespectful and unprofessional he was today ( in front of a client per what he said!) I would have ranked a negative 10 if that were an option. Poor customer service etiquette!!! Oh, I forgot to mention that he hung up on me when I called him out on how rude he was.

This therapist isn’t very professional. He does not adequately talk to His patients or give solid information or tips. He will have personal cell phone calls during sessions without regard to the client who is paying for his time. He has shouted at clients and has even kicked a client out of a session due to being told a opinion he didn’t like. I wouldn’t recommend this therapist to anyone.
