Omelette & Waffle Cafe

It was your typical hole-in-the-wall diner. The menu options were really great! The fresh OJ was fantastic. The staff was really friendly. The food was good - exactly what you’d expect. I liked my veggie panini. It won’t blow your socks off but it was decent food at a decent price in this area. No complaints.

Stopped by for breakfast after working in the area. Upon walking in, I was impressed with how quickly we were greeted. The ladies working were so friendly and welcoming! Service was outstanding! I had the cinnamon roll pancakes and couldn't believe how good they were! I started eating before I remembered to take a picture but the portion size was huge!

It's not often I'm out for breakfast but will keep this place in mind next time I'm working in the area.

I started eating too fast to get a good picture of my other food but everything was fantastic... I loved the strawberry chocolate crepe... 10/10 would recommend...

I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Omelette and Waffle Cafe. This was my first time dining in and I like the food and the location. It's a little tucked away and it's small with a patio for outside eating. We dined inside since it was a little chilly this morning. You'll place your order at the counter prior to having a seat.

Food:
I ordered the banana nut filled french toast with bacon and eggs. It came with Nutella but I got it on the side. It was incredibly delicious and flavorful with the walnuts and banana. I didn't add the Nutella. They have a diverse menu and for the gluten free crew. They have that too.

Service:
Their service was pretty quick. There is a bottleneck at the front door due to them taking orders but it went fast. I noticed it was only one waitress waiting the tables inside and outside but this could be cause the other person was on break. However, she did great handling all the requests.

Atmosphere:
I enjoy the small restaurants because they focus a lot on service and the quality of food. I like that I can see the cooks cooking and bonding. It makes for good conversations and seeing how the food is handled.

Overall, I'll try this place again. I might try a different dish to see consistency with the food quality. If you tried or plan to try this place. Give a thumbs up if you agree with my review.

Arrived late after 10 on a Saturday morning. It was full with 4 people ahead of us. Your order is taken before you are seated, as soon as you’re seated it’s put in. Very friendly and efficient staff. The food was DELICIOUS! My daughter had strawberry Chocolate crepes…so delicious, I had an omelet, best cooked omelet I have ever had, hash browns were crispy(almost had a deep fried taste, delicious), my husband had corned beef hash…unlike any I have ever seen…clearly not from a can, big chunks of corned beef. We will definitely be back!

...words are not enough to describe this waffle...so, so, SO GOOD! I've been informed to get my bacon INSIDE my waffle, so next time. Next time can't come soon enough!
Had the waffle with 2 poached eggs smothered in sausage gravy with bacon.
I don't know where they get they're bacon, but it's as good as homemade bacon. So smoky and delicious.

I love little hole in the wall places, And this place did not disappoint. Nice menu, actual eggs with fresh vegetables. Friendly staff. It’s not the ritz, but that’s what gives it character. Support small businesses!

So impressed with this little place. Delicious and filling breakfast and the people working there are super nice. Everything tasted fresh, and the omelettes are really good.

I ordered the wrong thing and it was my own fault, yet they still replaced my dish free of charge. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Today, I was pleasantly surprised. Visiting the area I decided to try Omelette & Waffle House Cafe.
I decided on the French toast with berries, which with great Surprise, was a the first dish I've eaten without being able to complain in quite some time. It's presentation was prepared in almost a commercial-esque fashion, if you care for such things.

What astounded me though, was not what was on the outside, but what lied within this dish. The fruit was fresh and at optimal ripeness, the filling was delicious, although I would have wished for a bit more.

Although I very rarely give a 5 out of 5, my singular experience here surpassed expectation.

Busy spot with a constant line in the morning. Totally worth it. Great food, amazing service and cool atmosphere. I had the chili omlette and coffee. It came with hashbrowns. Everything was hot and tasty. Can't wait to visit again! My advice, get there early, expect to wait a little, and come with your whole party. I heard the staff say they won't seat people (when busy) unless their whole group is there. So coordinate and plan ahead before enjoying this great breakfast and lunch spot.

Some of the BEST avocado toast around! This place is busy, but don’t let that scare you away - they do a great job serving customers quickly with great service! Highly recommend!

We were visiting Detroit and our friend there recommended this place. I love brunch and food here was so delicious with excellent pricing and that explains all the rush and waiting. The restaurant is very small with probably around 10 tables and everyone running around you but nevertheless we enjoyed our brunch time.

Definitely delicious! My daughter and I got a chance for a Momma & Me breakfast and I wanted to try something new so we traveled a little ways to Omelette & Waffle Cafe and it was worth it!

My little got a pancake with fresh cut fruit, a server even came out to give her some whipped cream! I asked for the Strawberry Banana Crepes!

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! I got a half waffle for $3.50 and it was PHENOMENAL! It’s sooooo tasty and good. It has some cinnamon in it. The omelette was my FAVORITE I ordered a meat’s omelette (bacon, sausage, ham and chorizo) with All the cheese (feta,American, Swiss and cheddar) SOOOOOO GOOOD! Oh and I added spinach. Probably the BEST OMELETTE I have had.

The waffles at Omelette & Waffle Cafe were a highlight for me. With a great variety of options, from classic to creative toppings, it's a breakfast spot I'll definitely revisit for more delicious omelettes and waffles in Plymouth.

Excellent breakfast if you are looking to fill up. Order at the counter. Sometimes hard to get a table durring the busy Sunday after church time. A local business with a local reputation. 11/12/2017 we took the grandboyz after church for waffles - they got the fruit and the mix was top self. She got breakfast sandwitch #3 and he got the California Omelette with rye toast. Yumm. A table for four opened up after we placed our order and no waiting from then. We had a 15 minute queue time to order. Not too bad given the were four parties in front of up. 3/02/19 Grandboyz had the cinnamon swirled pancakes, she the fruit bowl and he had the waffle sandwich. Each was perfect and tasty. The waffle sandwich was the perfect blend of savoury sweet and right sized leaving room for two cups of their coffee which is also very balanced.

We love it so much. Everything's fresh and you can actually taste the vegetables in your omelet. Even our picky son loved it. Only down part no iced coffee for my husband so he had to get regular coffee and add ice.

Quick and delicious! Fresh squeezed OJ is where it's at! Cornedbeef Hash with chunks of meat and Bisciluts and Gravy has great flavor! The stuffed waffle speaks for itself. Highly recommend!
