Very good customer service at this little shop! I've had staff go out of their way to get me special orders, to allow me to return defective products within 30 days, and to try new coil types and vape juices by offering great discounts. While they stock a smaller range of products than some other smoke shops, what they don't carry are cheap things like wooden pipes, rolling papers, and bargain brand tobacco.

This establishment knows what customer service is all about. They have been overly helpful in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase and are just nice and honest. It is refreshing to walk in to a local establishment and get such an excellent level of service. They are quick, kind, attentive and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good shop. Thank you for all the help!!

Easily the best shop within a few counties range. Great customer service and prices, carries product I was having a really hard time finding elsewhere.

Super friendly staff and clean shop. No pressure at all and willing to answer questions without trying to sell me everything in the store. Prices are very reasonable with a nice selection of products. Will definitely visit again.

Great place with great selection and friendly staff. I used vaping to quit chewing, and it has done that for me. The prices are pretty decent, but most of what they have are big bottles of juice, so they are a bit expensive. You do get a lot for the money! The vaporizers, mods, and kits they sell are fantastic and on market value. The mother and daughter that run the place are fantastic. They are always nice and very knowledgeable.

Great selection of products from delta 8, cbd, vape juice, pens, replacement batteries and pipes. The staff is very courteous and professional. I have always left the store in a good mood with a smile.

Never have I been disappointed by the selection of juice, mods, tanks etc.
I have always been addressed or helped immediately upon entering the store.
Ive never seen an ID never checked.
The staff is very knowledgeable and honest.
I HATE going anywhere else. Doesnt happen unless I'm out of juice and its an emergency.

When I first stopped at this shop before I even went in I wasn't to sure. It was small and didn't look like your typical Vape Shop. After entering the shop I was immediately greeted and asked if there was anything I needed help with. Of course I did, and the knowledge of what I now know this ladys name as Kathy had every answer for me and didn't lie or steer me wrong.
Even though it is a hall for me to get to the shop I will forever continue to still do go back this store.
I think my favorite part was the voice from beyond now known as Jerrod. I had asked Kathy a question and out of nowhere from beyond nowhere I heard a voice give the answer to my question and then he came out from behind the scenes. I laughed so hard.
Jerrod and Kathy are definitely above and beyond the most honest and amazing people I will ever meet and I will always recommend them to everyone and anyone.

I always get great service here, the owners are friendly, know a lot about their items, and have a good selection with variety that’s always changing. Small store, but good store. I got my first vape here, and I still regularly pick up supplies here for a good price.

This shop is Great. Started going right when it opened up to feel it out and I thought it was very nice. The two owners are extremely friendly and care about the customers. Great juice supply, and area to sample everything. Also great location, only vape shop within Ozaukee County.

Popped on there and had the best service and awesome stuff to get. The lady working was super educational and the prices were very reasonable. Will be back!

This location has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and unlike other vape shops in the area that tend to make me feel like an unwanted interruption, Kathy and Jerrod never fail to make me feel welcome and appreciated. There are no pushy sales tactics here, as they are both concerned first and foremost in what benefits each customer individually, and they stand behind every item they sell.

I originally became a customer here simply because of the proximity of this location to my home in Cedarburg. I've stayed a loyal customer because of the outstanding service I receive from both of the owners, as well as the high quality of the products they carry.

The mother and son duo who own and run this shop are incredible. They go out of their way to help every single customer, no matter what they're looking for. They invest much of their time in keeping up with the industry and researching new technology; and it shows.

They carry a wonderful assortment of juices despite having a smaller storefront, as well as a variety of setups to suit everyone from beginners to hobbyists. While they cater to people first trying to quit smoking, they still manage to offer something for everyone, no matter their experience level. They are constantly growing their retail options and expanding their inventory, and do a great job keeping up with the newest products as they become available.

They epitomize everything that is great about the vaping industry, and they are dedicated to the community, as well as to their customers. This is a fantastic shop run by two of the most caring and genuine people I've ever encountered. When its time to make your next juice or supply run, make this your first stop. Small shop that meets all my needs. I am a builder and experienced vaper. This store has all my materials locally. No more internet ordering! They have a smaller juice selection with some cost effective options that even pleased my taste buds (I'm extremely picky)! I Was pleasantly surprised by their inventory overall. They seem to keep up with vaping trends and have the rda's, rta's, rba's you want, including the boxes to go with it. I stared at this place for 6 months and don't regret finally going in! Customer service is great. Very personable and not pushy like some other local establishments. I think I spent 45 minutes chatting. I will be back! Support your local vape shop! :)

Jerrod and Kathy are the most helpful people you can ask to run a vape shop. They don't push any products o. You and will help answer any questions and even help you set up your things. They even to flavor testing to help you choose what juice you want

I use to be a smoker. Decided to try and quit so I stopped in and they helped me out. Very patient and polite, they took the time to explain everything and got me all set up. I really like this shop!!!
