Walgreens

This is a great store. The people are SO friendly and knowledgeable. The managers and longer-tenured workers really do a great job of running the place overall. And despite all the staffing struggles in the pharmacy industry nationwide, they do a great job and are very patient with folks.

I work across this street and every time I come in, Kat is usually working up front! She truly is the sweetest woman. She knows everyone names and is so engaging and sweet. She deserves a raise!

Do not believe the name the walls here are not green. However they do have a big variety for such a small store

Some people should try coming to the inner city walgreens first before giving this walgreens a bad review. Night and day difference drove 15 minutes out of my way to come to this walgreens after the walgreens in Milwaukee misplaced my disposable cameras for three weeks.. came here and hopefully will actually receive my photos!

When fedex messed up on picking up my prescription for delivery, the store made sure I received it and delivered to me within 2 hours. I've always had great service at this store and they just went over and above!!

Awesome customer service. Unfortunately, I missed the name of the person that served us, but they were absolutely wonderful, helpful, and funny. If I weren't from out of state, this would be my go-to

The pharmacy is pretty good about filling prescriptions and the pharmacist was very nice and helpful when I had questions for her one time. Pharmacy techs seem nice too. There were a couple times my med would be out of stock but it was ordered and filled in a timely manner. The store is good too. I prefer this Walgreens over the Mequon one.

Had what I needed, but everyone working was extremely sleepy and unaware that a line was forming. I had to shout for help and suddenly a woman came over apologizing and a young guy came out of nowhere and frantically started scanning products for the customer at the check out counter.

This store is ok but their ladys bathroom is disgustingly dirty! I usually go every week and same dirt on the floor! During this hard times they need to make
sure their bathrooms are cleaner!

Typical Walgreens, however some of the employees are weird and comment about what you are buying and what you are using it for.

Pharmacy technicians are not friendly. They don’t keep track of vaccinations you get there which seems really odd to me. They always ask for a paper copy. 2022 or 1970 Walgreens? Going to Froedert from now on. Much more professional and tech friendly.

I used the Walgreens system to order two refills, like I have been doing for years. But only one refill was filled. When picking it up at Walgreens, no one took accountability for the mistake or even acknowledged it. Which, in my humble opinion, is quite rude and unprofessional, not to mention immature. Now I have to wait for my necessary pills to be ordered and shipped, so there's a high chance I will run out before this Walgreens gets its sh!t together. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Understaffed and extremely slow. Tried going to this Walgreens after having slowness issues it the Walgreens in Mequon, it is no different. Brought our children in for their flu shot and waited almost an hour for a scheduled appointment. Basic picking up prescriptions is generally slow, there are only one or two people in the pharmacy at any time that I have seen.
Updating review, things are getting worse, wife stopped by to pick up a prescription that was already ready, and took over an hour waiting in line. Wish there were better options than the big pharmacy in the area.

Doesn’t care about the disabled and chronically ill. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays now, which disproportionately affects disabled and chronically ill patients. Don’t buy into the BS they aren’t fully staffed because they are and have hired new workers this year! They also price gouge, not raise the prices due to inflation but literally are gouging prices every month or so. I haven’t shopped there anymore in 2 months and won’t ever. Only 2 people in that store are polite and well mannered and they work as cashiers in the front of the store. The rest of the workers are rude!

There is a rude gentleman that calls himself Alyssa that is unprofessional and dismissive towards customers. He is horrific in every way.

Waited in line for 20 mins with only one car in front of me. That’s whatever. Then wait another 15 for them to tell me that my insurance covers 3 pills but not the other two. Waited little less than 10 mins more to find out that they can not add the two extra pills at this time so I’ll have to come back. For me this is the stray that broke the camels back. I’ll go to cvs for my prescriptions now even though I live less than 5 mins from here. I doubt they care but I hope they change for someone else.

Had a package for FedEx. I tried to drop it off. Staff said-if it's pre-labled we can't take your box. I went to Cedarburg Walgreens and dropped off my package. Manager was impressed and said about this situation: weird ( same store, same Fedex system).
My opinion: unprofessional, rude and lazy staff.
