Mequon Vacuum Center consistently impresses me with their excellent service and expertise. After experiencing exceptional repair service, particularly with my non-purchased vacuum, I had the pleasure of dealing with Sandy, the owner. Despite initially intending to repair my Walmart vacuum, the expertise and personalized attention I received led me to make a purchase from their selection. Sandy's knowledge and customer-centric approach has made me a loyal customer, and I've happily referred others to this outstanding establishment. Thank you Sandy!!

First time customer. I took it in for a cord replacement and other issues. I had it back the same day with innovative repairs, cleaning, and even a new microfilter bag! Very reasonably priced and answered all of my questions. Service was outstanding.

Always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful even with the smallest issues.
Two recent visits, one with a broken cord bracket for my Panasonic upright and one with a Panasonic canister.
The upright was fixed for a few $ with a retro fit generic part that I installed and works great now. They could have ordered a rather expensive part.
The canister needing a new foam filter and getting the large cover back in place which had come off. I was charged $5 for the filter only.

Update2023. I just purchased a new upright vac here today. Not a top line one but I still got lots of answers to all my questions and wasn't rushed. I appreciate that my budget was taken into consideration and I wasn't pushed to buy a much pricier vac I was offered to take a floor model home which I did and it really helped in my decision to purchase.. They assembled the vac from the box so no extra work involved.
I try to buy local when I can and the Mequon Vacuum Center is a good example of personal local service.

Awesome service and fair pricing! Will definitely be back if ever needed and would recommend to anyone! We had a part break on our Beam Central Vac while we were trying to clean it. They had a used replacement part that is very hard to find and installed it for us.

Just wanted to share that the staff are friendly, prices are reasonable and their knowledge/experience top knotch. I had a couple issues with my central vac. They came to my home on time, figured out what was causing the problems and fixed everything. I will be going back to them for future repairs should I ever need to and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I own a cleaning business & have used Mequon Vac for over 15 years. Sandy is always nice, honest & helpful in my repairs (I tend to abuse my vacs). Repairs may sometimes be a little pricier than doing myself but there is great comfort & peace of mind that it will be done right the first time w/Mequon Vac (as opposed to me doing)! Some of the Good Ole Guys (Gals) of business. I'm so glad they are still around.

Duane helped me out on multiple visits, showcasing products that would work well for me. He wasn't set on selling me the most expensive item but the most effective one instead -- rare to see sometimes.

It's a bit of a hike to make it out here, 35 minutes, but it's worth it for the level of service they provide.

Great options for anyone looking for vacuums with bags. When we did our living room with the vac we purchased today it cleaned up ALL the dog hair! Love the customer service; we won't be going anywhere else. Thank you!

My vacuum needed new bearings in the beater bar. The repair was made in a timely manner, and works as well as it did when first purchased. The proprietors of this shop were helpful and communicated well on the progress of the repair. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will resort to their advise should it be necessary in the future.

Mesquite Vac is the very best store for new purchases or for servicing and repair of older products. It is ran by local owners and they are very nice. I have been using them for over 25 years!

It is difficult to find a store still centered around providing excellent customer service with an amiable staff that are conscientious in consistently making sure the customers needs are being met. I am grateful to Mequon vacuum for continuing to follow the above traditions with a knowledgable group of employees at a fair price.

Excellent service. Good selection of quality vacuums. Additional bonus for having a mini museum of vacuum cleaners from late 1800s till mid-1900s. Owner is was nice and informative.
