Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

We've been going here to the Cafe Rio in American Fork for many years and I'm impressed that their quality is always exactly the same. Also, every time we've asked for a table to be cleaned (they have a tremendous volume of customers here) they quickly get right on it. Thanks again guys and gals for the consistently good food!

This Cafe Rio is not only an eating establishment, it’s an experience. With every bite of your chosen entree, you will be transported to a place where flavor and freshness are all that matters. This particular location is for both the everyday man as well as the sophisticated pallet with numerous option all made to oder. I had a delightful time dining here and will definitely be returning for years to come. Benjamin delivered excellent service and took care of everything quickly!

“Would Highly Recommend”

Honestly a wonderful experience. Really quite tasty food, and awesome portion sizes. One worker lady came over and gave us some free samples of the tres leches and key lime pie and she was the funniest, most charismatic worker I've ever met.

AF store way better than SS store. AF did not want to charge extra for an extra scoop of pico like SS did even though I hold 7 other ingredients. AF also gives the option of shredded lettuce! Their line support is way better too.

I think the Ambiance could have been better but the food and service are great. I remember when this was one of the only Cafe Rio's around several years ago and they packed people in like herd animals back then. This was a much more pleasant experience.

The food was great! Rodrigo, the manager, is always so kind and makes sure everything is taken care of. The employees are so nice. Jessica came around and gave me a sample and cleaned up my plate and made sure that I knew she was there if she knew anything. Excellent service. Best cafe rio I’ve been to.

Great service tonight. Energetic crew. Came in 30 minutes before close and it was my first time trying the food. I got the steak nachos and it was fire 🔥

Best tasting fresh food. I love the chicken salad with black beans and they have the best sweet pork burrito I've ever had. Never had a disappointing meal or experience.

I just had lunch at the AF location. The salad was good, as always. However, I'm not leaving a review based on the food. I wanted to recognize how friendly, kind, and helpful the staff were. I'd call it exceptional, which unfortunately is not the norm these days. The man making the food was super in making sure everything was just like you wanted. The cashier seemed a little newer, but she was so nice, friendly, and had a conversation with me while waiting. Even the staff I encountered near the drink counter was very nice and helpful. Good job!

I can only describe eating here like getting hit in the head by a 747 jet 450 consecutive times. Its that good. Id buy a franchise if i wasnt so busy proving gnome people exist (which they do)

I have traveled from home in New Hampshire to various locations with a Cafe Rio almost exclusively just to get a pork salad!

Great food. Love the tortillas made fresh here. The pork was lovely and flavorful without being soggy; my quesadilla was perfect.
