I took my car in for hail damage and i’m really glad i took it in this shop.All the stuffs were really nice and helpful i wanna thank jesse especially for dealing with my insurance :) my car looks brand new

Jesse was great to work with from the first time i walked in the door! He made my life very easy in helping me get everything taken care of with an outside insurance company and got my car into the shop several weeks sooner than the handful of other shops i talked to were offering. The work on the car was excellent too. You could never tell there was any damage and my car was returned to me much cleaner than I left it. Thanks Highland Collision!

I brought my vehicle to Highland Collision Center and the initial communication was flawless, they took amazing care of my vehicle, when I picked it up, it was vacuumed and polished and cleaner than when I had left it. Their customer service is better than I’ve ever experienced. I would recommend this shop to anyone at any time for any of their collision or damage repair needs. I don’t want to have to use them again, but in the event that I do, I will absolutely go there And recommend them to my family and friends.

Highland Collision gave me a fair estimate and worked rapidly to repair the damage on my tailgate. The car looks like new. As a bonus, they detailed the interior of the car and I thought that the interior looked like the day I bought the car. Well done!

Unbelievably impressed. They did a phenomenal job with my car and the hail damage repair. It was completed in a timely manner, and they updated me with progress along the way. My car was also spotless inside and out when I picked it up which was a great surprise and change of pace from my past experiences with shops. I hope I don't have to bring a vehicle in again anytime soon, but if I do, it will definitely be brought here.

My front bumper and sensors were severely damaged in a hit-and-run accident. Upon disassembly, the shop discovered some serious repair issues that resulted from a prior loss caused by the previous owner of the car that I didn't know about, as I've only had the car for less than a year... Joseph and Jesse thoroughly documented the necessary repairs, advised me on legal action I could take against the seller of the car, and worked diligently with my insurance through this complex situation to ensure me the best deal they could. It took a while for me to get my car back but I was very happy with the result. The car was restored to perfect-looking condition. They even had it detailed for me. I highly recommend their service!

I took my vehicle here after being in an accident, I'm so glad I did. My insurance after looking at photos decided that it could be repaired, Highland Collision came back with the updated cost for repair and the insurance company decided to total out the vehicle. What happened next was just a multiple week long headache with the insurance company.
Jesse at highland was always very helpful throughout the process. He even gave me a website to make sure that I would be getting the most value for my vehicle, I feel like most places wouldn't have done something as simple as that once you were no longer "technically" their customer.
Highland Collision has been an absolute silver lining in what has turn out to be a shitstorm with insurance.

Just picked up my Ford Escape from HCC for fixing some front end damage. Jessie managed the repair process extremely well, kept us informed with updates/changes, and worked directly with the insurance company for payment. They used Ford OEM parts and the Kodiak Metallic Brown paint was a spot on match!! If I need any future auto body work, they will be the first call.. Great Job! Thanks

My son had an accident in a 2006 Corolla with limited insurance coverage for the significant damage to his vehicle. The owners and staff at Highland Collision center listened to our specific situation, and were very supportive and nimble to problem solve. Due to the limited insurance coverage, they waived the towing charge to get the vehicle back to our house. This also avoided us having a storage charge for the vehicle in a lot. The towing staff from Highland Collision also were very detailed to where we wanted the car and offered suggestions for best use of the car going forward. We were very impressed with the entire staff at Highland Collision with our unique situation, and felt that they really heard us and responded so well to help us navigate this in the best way possible. They demonstrated caring for people over profits, and I'd recommend this quality center to anyone needing post accident vehicle assessment and/or repair. They went above and beyond! Thank you!

I drive by this shop everyday on my way to work. I was always impressed with their manicured property as it speaks to their attention to detail. After damaging my car, I called them and they had my vehicle towed to their shop. After full inspection my insurance company totaled my Mercedes. The experience was difficult as the insurance rep was not very helpful and very rude. The staff at Highland Collision Center was more helpful to me than my own insurance company. At first they decided to repair the vehicle but told me they were going to use parts that I wasn't pleased to hear about. The staff at Highland assured me they work well with my insurance company and Mercedes parts would be used. Jesse walked me through the entire process and brought comfort and clarification to me when I needed it most. You can walk through their doors with confidence as you seek to have your car repaired. It is a first class operation.
