I can only speak for my experience, with having dealt with this company. My first experience resulted in a garnishment. When I was very upset and caused be a lot of stressed. the garnishment resulted in a lot of money being taken out of my check each pay period. What I can say is, they were able to set me up with a payment plan, that was affordable. I was able to pay off that debt in full. The 2nd time around Defaulted on 2 payment arrangement. That also resulted in a garnishment and bank levy. I was able to call, and they worked with me to not only set my payment plan up again, but has to halt my garnishment. What I can say is, they will work with you, trust me I know. I am beyond grateful for Tom, who helped me various times. Not only was he willing to listen, but he advocated for me a 2nd chance to a payment plan. I am forever in thanks for them allowing me a 2nd chance to clear my debt with a affordable payment plan.

I apologize for the screen name but I wanted to say that yes this is a debt collector so no it's not always fun to work with them and if struggling or not making very much then yes they can be hard to deal with. To add to this though since I have been working with them they're very lenient and understanding when you have to change payment dates. Pretty much if you can work with them they will work with you. I'm going through my own hard time right now and they've been very friendly, respectful, and accommodating. I'm sure most of these reviews I'm reading have come from people struggling and I understand the frustration. I just wanted it to be known that they really are a good group to work with as far as debt collectors go.

Great Company. They provide an enormous amount of work for small businesses in SD and ND. Unfortunately the supplier of process service jobs that is servicing those areas for them, is looking their gift horses in the mouth, and eventually they will not have anyone to provide the services they deserve from a supplier.

Had exactly what I was looking for after being two other places. Which was a dvd/cd player attachment for my laptop

I got a judgment summons and called them up to take care of the matter and they were very nice and willing to let me make payments if I needed to. The fact of the matter is yes they are a debt collector. However, my experience was they were polite and willing to work with me as much as they could

I had outstanding service, courtesy and understanding from the staff member. I won't lie the first person I had was not very helpful at all and I requested to speak with someone else. I got the account settled and life moves on. We all make mistakes but we all get a second chance. Thank you Messerli & Kramer and their staff for understanding and helping me with my situation. It was a pleasure doing business.

I called about a debt I was unaware of (sent to wrong address) & was fortunate enough to be patched through to Aaron Suess 😊🖤 He is a ROCKSTAR human being!!! He walked me through everything and explained it, repeated it & listened to me explain my budget and we came up with a more than fair agreement!!!

I have severe anxiety disorder and have had horrible experiences attempting to pay debt... threatened and harassed - I was cooperative and pleasant on the phone while having a panic attack - terrified of what the representative would say... but Aaron renewed my faith today! He was very professional and handled my situation with care and compassion. So I won't let him down! I am happy to pay what I owe!

I have had horrible experiences with debt companies and I understand fully that I got myself into this situation, that being said he took the time and effort to listen to not only my problems but showed compassion, understanding and respect towards me as a person. I have to say working with Sandy has been great! She is willing to work with you so that everything went smoothly. I feel like they really care about you and didn't push anything on you that you didn't agree with.

This Firm represented me and did EXACTLY as I needed them to do in regards to dissolving a business partnership quickly and effectively so I could maintain my career and clientele in a respectable, professional manner.

All you people bashing these guys, please step back and think about it. You're pissed because you didn't pay your bills and now a collection agency is coming after you. What do you expect? I'm in the same boat, even though I screwed up and forgot about a debt, it's not their fault. These people have a job to do. Props to them for not quitting their job after a day. It's got to be the worst job calling people demanding money. I set up payment arrangements with them and the woman I talked to was very professional.

Although my encounter with Messerli & Kramer has not been of choice, I have received nothing but excellent customer care both in office and over the phone. Extremely helpful customer care & prompt service upon each call!

Although they were after me for a collection account. They were very prompt and helpful on helping me get info back and forth to my bank and place of work.

As much as I hate to admit this, they worked extremely well with me during a financial hardship and has allowed me to make payments towards a debt that I owe.
