I went to look for patio chairs at Plymouth Lowe’s this morning (May 27). Woman (Manager?) was very helpful as she unlocked the patio chairs in front of the store and let my wife (use walker) to tried on two styles of chair. Then in the afternoon, we went back and bought two of those chairs. Becky, unlocked the chain and help me to put the two chairs into my car’s trunk. Becky goes beyond her job, found a string and tied the chairs securely around the support of the trunk. Becky is awesome. I very much appreciate both women for their attitude of customers support and help me to shop at this Lowe’s.

Very helpful staff. Was able to offer a price matching discount for $100 and set up delivery for the next day for the equipment we ordered. Equipment arrived next morning, damage free.
I wish that you could do price matching online to save a trip.
Also, seems like Lowe's could benefit from redistributing equipment where one store has 20+ and others are out of stock.

Great store to find any home improvement tools and materials, plants, rugs and appliance pacckages. Getting quotes for special or large orders are easy with associates looking to answer all my questions.

They were the only ones with an Ego 2 stage snowblower in stock, and online ordering and pickup was a breeze. Employee was very helpful loading the snowblower in my vehicle and was just as happy as I was that it fit without having to load it on the roof rack. Pretty sure neither of us wanted to lift that thing overhead...

Best customer service ever. Went looking for shelving and the staff helped out in every way. They suggested things we may need for our installation, as well as helping load it onto a flat and bringing it to the register. They even helped lifting them into our car. Wish we could remember the name of the salesperson!! He was fantastic!

Love that Lowe's doesn't limit veteran discount like Homedepot does now.

I started looking for a new refrigerator this spring, as our old one was requiring defrosting more and more frequently. Started my shopping at Lowe's in Plymouth, MN, and also looked at lots of other places. No other place came close to the customer service I had during the process at Lowe's. Stayshawna was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and friendly, but never pushy. After looking at the other places, settled back with Lowe's, and I couldn't be happier with our purchase.
