Jessica P in the flooring department helped my wife and I out with our big multi-room flooring project in our home. She was phenomenal to work with. She very helpful, responsive, patient and gave us great suggestions of colors to work with to match our house's paint and wood trim. Once we picked everything out and secured, the installation went very smoothly and was completed ahead of schedule. We highly recommend using them!

I was going to email this store today because a part of my order wasn't going to arrive at my job site before the scheduled work begins. Michelle Lund reached out to me before I could even send the email and told me she already took care of it and the rest of the order was already at my job site! Because of this level of customer service, I will gladly drive past all the competitors and even other Home Depots to do business with Michelle, even though I live north of Otsego. She saves me from having to make extra trips, she saves me money and she she takes care of problems fast! She is a real super hero, people just don't know -but that's how real super heros are... I tell everyone I know to come to her and will continue to do so.

Just received amazing service from this Home Depot!! Shout out to Ty and team. They went above and beyond to help me with my plumbing purchase from the register to delivery. This is my new Home Depot.

Although the stores large size can cause customers to have to search for an associate, but when you find one, they treat you very respectfully and help you work what you need. The store's wide inventory allows you to most of the time get exactly what you need. If the store is out, they will order the parts you need and ship them to the location, letting you pick it up for free, no delivery fee. The interior is vast, but the well choreographed signs and aisle markings get you exactly where you need to go.

Best experience of my life at a big box store. Toly was a superstar going above and beyond helping me get a new lawn mower. I'm giving 5 Stars because of Toly in Plymouth.

One of the most helpful Home Depots i've been to so far. Shout out to Mark who helped me when I had 3 different plumbing related issues. He not only found what I needed, but also helped explain things and told me unnecessary things I didn't need to by. He got me exactly what I needed to fix my 3 projects.

Really not sure what should I review this guy 😉 One stop shop and I would like to say that their Online experience has improved significantly and the in store Self checkout registers too. I like the community engagement where we go every 1st Saturday of the month for kids DIY event.

They worked hard to get me the grill I wanted and answered all my questions and the plants were a good deal

I cannot express how helpful everybody was at this location. I went into Home Depot today and spent about three hours there picking out selections to flip a house. Kermit and each specialist I talked to from lumber, plumbing, tile/lvt was beyond helpful! I will always return to this location knowing there are people there willing to help & provide me with knowledge. Kermit even had guys help me load up my u-haul since it was just me!

They have a great 11% rebate program like Menards but MUCH EASIER! just Google "home depot 11% rebate" and enter your recept and you will get a gift card in the mail. I do it all the time and nobody knows about it. Only valid the same weeks Menards has their 11% off sales. I end up with 10-20 gift cards and I use them all the time.

Multiple staff asked if they could help us find what we were looking for in the store. Very pleasant and excellent customer service today in paint section by Walter who took the time to explain and give us options on the paint and explained what were the new can openers. There was also a very nice, friendly attendant at self checkout who had a good sense of humor.

WOW!!!!!! Overwhelmed by the amount and quality of garden supplies at the Plymouth Home Depot. Helpful people helping me. Great new self service checkout kiosk. Home Depot is the place to go this season.

Yes, sometimes you can find lower prices on line, but if you need it now, nothing beats the Home Depot.

This was my first time having to pick up a package from Home Depot at the Plymouth MN location. As I entered the store I was greeted by two gentlemen. One of the team members Davis asked me did I need assistance, and I replied yes, where can I pick up my package? Davis was very polite as he directed me where to go. Five minutes later I had my boxes in a cart. As I begin to exit the store, Davis was there to assist me once again to make sure my boxes were secured inside my vehicle. We talked about the Super Bowl and had a few laughs. Thank you so much Davis for making my package receiving experience pleasant. I greatly appreciate your help.
