Great store with friendly staffs. We came home with 5 bottles. Definitely a must stop when we’re in town.

Lowry Hill Liquors is fantastic all around. Staff is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked with a wide variety of products. They cover the bases from cheap and easy to top shelf and hard to find. They run excellent sales across alcohol types. They also feature a rewards program where you earn a point for every dollar you spend. Points can be redeemed for gift cards to the store or an amount of money of your purchase. They offer free parking in a lot adjacent to the store.

Really friendly staff, good prices, and good selection. Being from Philly I wished they carried Twisted Tea Lights but I understand that MN residents are not as big of fans then I am XD

I love this place! The only thing missing is snacks. I live in the neighborhood so I come here often for cigs and pop.Great cashiers, fast and efficient service. The ATM is old fashioned but works every time.

Great place!!!! I had called a few places for liquor delivery from Denver, CO. for a friend where he was dealing with a funeral and Joe was awesome!! He put the perfect message on the receipt and had no issue that I was from another state. Other places either hung up on me or wouldn’t do it if I wasn’t the one receiving it. Thank you Joe for understanding!

I have lived in Lowry Hill for several years now and this is my go-to liquor and wine store in all of South Minneapolis. I come in frequently and probably talk the ears off of the staff working, but they always greet me with a smile are some of the friendliest people around. Lowry Hill Liquors has everything from cheap single shooters and bargain wines all the way up to hard-to-find vintages of expensive high-end wines. One time a few years ago, I asked if they would ever stock any Tavel (a relatively uncommon French Rosé) and although they weren't stocking it at the time, they added it to their shelves next time they restocked.

Great wine selection. So-so beer selection (high variety, low quantity). Most of the workers are SUPER helpful and friendly. The only downside is that I have been coming here for about 1.5 years and JUST learned about their loyalty points program. No one ever mentioned it to me until a new guy informed me of it. Kind of strange....

This is a great liquor store. Good prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a good selection as well. Their delivery service is very convient. For only five dollars they will deliver right to your door. I think the minimum was $10 or maybe $15 dollars. Either way the delivery was fast and accurate. Large parking lot which is a plus as well.

When I was in the store a few days ago, the staff was talking about the new bloody Mary skewars that just came in. Sorry for covering the label.. .can't wait to try these!

I LOVE this local small business! Definitely like to support my local liquor store whenever I can! I LOVE that they have a points system and frequent sales and deals - that’s what keeps me coming back plus the helpful and friendly employees and wide selection of wines, craft beers and spirits. A good selection of Minnesota-made wines here too which I’ve enjoyed trying out over time too. Highly recommend trying out this place if you haven’t already. Take your time to look through across the whole store since there’s sooooo many great and delicious options.

Great selection, friendly staff, and deals everyday all day. Join their member perks and earn points for every purchase! It’s a great surprise when you get to the register and you realize you have enough points for a free six pack or bottle of wine. PLUS ITS DOG FRIENDLY!!!!!

Fantastic and well curated wine selection. Every so often the do their “aggressive wine sale” where all non-sale wine is the same percent off as that day of the month—a really great deal overall. Also has a point system where you can rack up points to future discounts. Great neighborhood liquor store.

Best prices of any liquor store that I have seen so far. Selection within types is well appointed with the common place to the rare and obscure without being excessive. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great special sales and promotions, more if you sign up for them.
Definitely the go-to place for beer, wine and liquor if you want good prices and great selection or something different than usual.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. AMAZING local craft beer selection! And good music going as well. There's also some parking if you go to the back which is rare in Uptown.

I met a really nice gentleman working about a year ago that goes by the name Erik (I believe?) who has quickly become my go to for all things wine. Im sure I was a nightmare to deal with; as someone who has strictly drank beer & completely clueless about wine but equally curious. Erik took the time to carefully select bottles that I might enjoy. I’m not sure how he did it, based off of me only saying very little like “just not oaky” “not too sweet!” But I now have so many favorites thanks to him.

Needless to say he really makes this little shop so much more pleasant just by being there. I’ve been meaning to let the store owner know just how much I appreciate him; everyone working is lovely I should add, but Erik really goes above and beyond. Thanks for all the help, especially during the lockdown.

They have a loyalty/rewards program, and they are always friendly! Buy local!

They got some of those prices around that's for sure they got a point system to you're in a thousand points you get $60 gift card you can use in the store I've had three of them so far I love the place

I'm always impressed when I come here. From the outside it doesn't look like much, however there's a great selection for a small place, and the staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are always low/fair.
