This is a great liquor store to come visit in the heart of Minneapolis. the staff is warm and friendly and when you walk through the door you'll be amazed by the floor-to-ceiling displays of liquor beer and wine. the prices are very fair in the selection is very with everything from the legendary white claw to a nice Pinot Grigio in a box. you should definitely stop here and try this place before you go to the bar.

Hums has the best customer service and made my purchase very personable. I will be celebrating my 10 year Anniversary and was so happy to find a couple rare bottles at Hums. The staff was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. Thank you for making our 10 year celebration so memorable, it truly means a lot.

Hums has always been great, and the 2017 renovations make the store look INCREDIBLE! I quote the longtime hums employee by saying, "It's like the liquor store went to the mall! At night, it looks like a little city."

What a hidden gem in the heart of the Twin Cities! I hesitated at leaving a review because I kind of want to keep it my little secret, but this place deserves all the kudos. Family owned and operated, the Lee family has outdone themselves. Top notch service and the rarest of the rare allocated bottles right at your fingertips...amazing!! Can't wait to see what else my taste buds will discover. Give them a shout - you may be pleasantly surprised.

Seriously cannot believe my luck of stumbling upon this gem. Le is the absolute best. I have been searching all over and visited the store on my hunt. She immediately asked if she could help and when I mentioned a bourbon I have had my eye out for smiled and pulled one out. Honestly couldn't believe the generosity and price. They have a great selection and from this experience I will 100% be a returning customer.

Stopped by here for the first time to check out the selection. For a small liquor store, it's very clean and has a wide collection of wine, beer, and liquor. Lee helped me find a bottle that wasn't on display on the floor. I will definitely be returning! Update: place is still awesome! Great service and love to talk bourbon!

All the staff are very polite and knowledgeable, more than happy to help you find exactly what you're looking for, and their security guard is an excellent human being, just a really great dude.

Each time I visit Hums I am treated like a friend and long-time customer. I truly receive the best customer service of any liquor store I have been to in the twin cities. Really great selection of bourbons and ryes. How many liquor stores in the twin cities can you walk into and leave with a Blanton's AND a Weller Antique? ...Only one that I know. Hums is the best!

My wife and I stopped in to Hums on July 4th on the recommendation of a friend, and we weren’t disappointed. Hums is a great place for rare finds and service. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were pleasantly surprised by the great selection, and came out with two very hard to find bottles, Willet’s Rare Release Rye and Blanton’s. Neither were priced to gouge her customers. In fact, she knew the Willet’s was priced $35 below a local competitor. We’ll definitely be making frequent stops at Hum’s.

Hums is my favorite liqour store in the Minneapolis area. From a great selection of beer, amazing wines for any occasion, and an awesome whiskey & scotch selection- I never know what great bottle I will find!

Called first thing in the morning when they opened looking for Weller and Blantons... Le had multiples of both and held for me! Great service and selection. Will certainly be back.

Best spot in town! Large selection of beers and spirits. Amazing finds, especially if looking for something special. Never left there without finding something interesting. Top notch service and friendly staff. One of my favorite places to shop. Nice location, in the heart of Uptown. Seriously, worth checking out! 😉

This was an amazing find. Great staff that is very well versed in Bourbon. I was pleased with their selection and ability to hold bottles for me to pick up. Definitely my new go to destination for bourbon and whiskey.

I'm one of the many avid Bourbon and Rye whiskey enthusiasts in the city. I stopped in here to check out their selection and in search of some special bottles. I was met by Lee and her team who were all incredibly kind. Lee asked what I was looking for and pointed out some good bourbon they had, while I had tried most of them she offered me the privilege of some bottles that were more exclusive. All she asked in return was to leave a nice word for her and her team and to come back and visit again. They have an incredible selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Their service was incredible. More than anything, the kindness Lee showed me being a first time customer looking for things that are highly sought after and coming through for me made the experience here second to none. Glad to say I recommend Hums and will be a regular moving forward. Can't believe I had this great shop in my backyard the last three months after moving to the neighborhood. Absolute gem. I was super happy with my experience at Hum's Liquor. They had Blanton's whiskey, something my husband has been looking everywhere for. They were super friendly and were kind enough to hold a bottle as we drove over. We ill definitely be back and recommend to others. Also they has a great variety of other stuff. The way they display their bottles looks great!
