Just visiting Minnesota for a church conference.

Probably the best mexican food i've had in minnesota, I was super impressed. Everything was super fresh and everything looked and tasted homemade, nothing was over seasoned or over sauced, the ingredients just spoke for themselves and were really good. What impressed me the most was that you have to wait for the horchata with the rest of your meal, and the large size is huge, and when i tasted it i could immediately tell it was homemade, super nice sweetness but not cloying and with a good but not overpowering cinnamon taste, after my meal i asked the woman at the counter and she confirmed it was homemade and you could taste it with everything, and if they're making their own horchata they're more than likely making their own everything. This place is really humble with a lot to be proud of, I'll definitely be here again.

Great find-tasty food at a small local restaurant.

My favorite Mexican place in the twin cities for more than 4+ years. The tacos are amazing (Al pastor), great enchiladas. But my favorite is the amazing chicken sopes. Great service.

As a Mexican it’s hard to find places that really bring out the authentic taste. I have ordered here several times and love their tortas. Taste like home. Definitely recommend.

Real food, real good. Authentic in every way. Gotta ask for extra hot sauce though. Prices are ok, but more than happy to support great food! Had a burrito and a torta... Had to take half of it home. Warning though, canned soda non on tap. Excellent horchata as well!

Ask for your tacos shells to be made a lil crispy and add queso fresco! You won’t regret it!

Some of the best Mexican food around. Location is a small building that I believe used to be a fifties themed burger joint judging by remaining decor. While not the cleanest prettiest place, the food more than makes up for its shortcomings.

This is what I'd call a hidden gem in Western Shakopee. If you drove by it, you may not even notice it. It's understated and unassuming. However, if you fancy authentic Mexican food in a casual environment, then El Hauranche is perfect. The food was exceptional. Everything we ate was scrumptious to the max. The service was good too with friendly staff who offered excellent recommendations for us not having been there before.

It won't be long before we return.

A note... when we arrived, the parking lot appeared empty which gave us pause, but with the incredibly high reviews that others before us gave, we went on in. There were no other guests present, so still a bit concerning. We pressed on. After receiving our food, the place began to fill up. So, don't let that sway you trying this awesome food find. You will not regret it.

I love these kinds of places. It's very authentic and genuine! Portions are generous, and the food is delish!! I highly recommend.

This is my go-to Mexican restaurant. Service is always great and they have quality food. Chips and queso are great as well as the tacos.
