I love this store! They are always so nice! They do the best they can.

This is my "go to" being it's super close to my house. I love it for the most part! Some stuff is unorganized which I get it, everybody is still understaffed so nothing is going to be perfect. I'd have to say the shelves have been stocked quite well whenever I come into this store. The majority of the time there are many different items to choose from which is great and it's easy to find things. The employees that I've met are very nice yet some don't speak much at all. Andy is the light of this store! Very good hard worker and he's super friendly. Looks like he's always on the go each time I'm there and he's working. That man deserves a raise. Overall decent place!

The new manager seems to be putting the store together very well. Employees are getting better at customer service. Wish the prices didn’t change every week.

Today is 3/26/23 and there is a sign on the door stating that they will be closed for two weeks. Don't know what date the sign went up. It also says the DG at Town square is open.

They have workers in the store at 5:30pm and doors are locked and employee inside says they are closed. Rude employees any other time I come in. Sad cause this would be an amazing location that is needed for the neighborhood but this type of management is going to be what closes this store.

Is this place even open anymore went there twice in the past week and it was closed during store hours ?

I do not know how your store in Shakopee, MN on 4th Ave can stay in business. You do not keep normal hours. Lights are on and appears to be open, but doors are locked several times that I have stopped. Maybe offer higher pay to get employees. Is ridiculous. You are rarely open.

On the door, it says it's open until 11:00 p.m. for the holidays. It's locked at 9:45. All the lights are on, nobody is here, and I drove 15 minutes to get here. Knocking on the door didn't help. Is anyone here? There's no closed sign on the door, or indication that there's a reason. Maybe put up a sign?

Showed up 1020am and the doors were locked, lights off. Store hours sign is blank.

Do you need to hire people likes to work !
I went today around 4:00 pm whit empty stands, the cashier doesn’t want to do her job she told me do it by my self !
If I want to use cash, I can’t because she doesn’t want to do her job !!!
Please take care this situation!!!

Never open😡 11:30am 12/16 lights on doors locked. 3 people just had to drive off.

Every time I’ve gone here over the past few months it’s been closed. Was nice last summer to have something in the neighborhood, and with regular hours, but if the store is never going to be open why not just close it already… I miss the video store that used to be at this location. Much better use of time, and at least supplied something instead of just taking up space for nothing…

This store is NEVER open. Sometimes there is a sign on the door stating sorry they had to close but often it’s just locked.

I was understanding for a few weeks but now it’s been months. At least 8 times I’ve stopped and it hasn’t been opened once.

If this place is going to be randomly closed at any given time during the hours in which it’s supposed to be open could they at least post the hours on the door?
