Very professional! They only ask questions that are needed and are not accusatory or anything similar in anyway. They are fast and make the insurance process as easy as possible. I was very impressed. Their rates are well priced and they give you far more than what you pay and far more than other insurance companies. I used to be with State Farm and they were very unhelpful, charged me more money than other people my age in the same situation, and had a low pip of around $2,500 per person. Now with Allstate I pay $100 less for insurance, they are always willing and happy to help, and I have a pip of $100,000 per person for less the cost. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! Thank you Allstate for all you do!

Allstate my agent David and his team have been amazing! They have been dependable, straight forward, and have always worked to get me a rate I can afford. I recently suggested that my girlfriend switch to them and we have not been disappointed. There customers service is remarkable. They answer all our questions and we can tell we are valued.

Allstate has been so helpful over the years. They have settled claims quickly and professionally. I have no the car insurance and house insurance with the company. When my house burned to the ground several years ago, in 2 1/2 months they had built me a new house and settled everything. When neighbors saw how quickly they had taken care of everything, many neighbors switched to Allstate. I heard many people tell me about have to wait for long periods of time for other companies to resolve claims. I have never had any claims disputed by the company.
When you need them, Allstate really comes through!

I used to be with American Family Insurance for my car but I switched to Allstate, I saved more than $30 dollars per month AND they have really good customer service. David Smith is a great agent, he explains the policy well and if you have questions he is very good at answering those too. I can see they care about their clients.

David was very helpful and made sure I understood what each point of my policy meant towards my future coverage. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and was very good at explaining all of the intricacies and details of auto insurance to us (it was our first time purchasing our own policy).
