My husband and I went to get new phones on Sunday evening. Dylan was the only person working most of the time we were there and he did a great job of bouncing back and forth helping 4-5 customer groups on his own. He provided excellent customer service and maintained his composure during a very busy period.

I came to St.Louis Park Verizon store with a phone problem.
I was helped by Rico. He was very helpful along with being very positive and polite. And…he didn’t laugh at me 🥰 I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND APPRECIATED HIS GREAT HELP!

I view getting a new phone like going to the DMV. Do it every couple years, have to wait in line, waiting for unexpected fees to be added…. At least that was my past experience… I worked with Rico at this location and he was knowledgeable, efficient and made for an overall enjoyable process. Highly recommend

The person taking care of me was Greg I believe (working the night of 6.30.22) and he was amazing! Very personable, funny, attentive, and knew his stuff. He is the type of person I would refer people to go to if they are looking to change carriers as well.

Then he informed me of a promotion to get a new phone. The phone was out of stock and he offered to get one from another store. He answered all my questions and made good suggestions about accessories. I will definitely return for future purchases. Great customer service!
