Excellent service! I needed an emergency cleaning of my wedding dress about week before getting married. I called everywhere and was told it would take minimum 2-6 weeks to get cleaned. Heather, the store manager, was able to make it happen. I walked into her store, we explained what needed to get cleaned, made sure I was okay with the detailing plan, and I was able to pick it up the following week. I took my very dirty and damaged wedding dress here (fun wedding!). I was worried any place I took it to wouldn’t be very transparent about the chances of it coming clean. Heather was super detailed and explained all the likely outcomes to me based on condition of dress. I really appreciated this and will recommend her to anyone in the future.

Treasure Garments repaired and cleaned a vintage hand sewn silk Kimono that was brought back as a gift for my grandmother from her son that served in the Korean War. After not finding a local company willing to clean the parka winter coats (Canada Goose). I found Treasured Garment Restoration St. Croix Cleaners as an authorized dry cleaners for Canada Goose and decided to send the coats for cleaning and was the best decision. Heather Allgood walked me through the process of shipping them considering I don't live in Minnesota, kept me up to date on the progress of cleaning the winter coats, and took care of shipping them back to Puerto Rico. The winter coats looks like new. I’m very satisfied with the results. Excellent service and customer service.

Among the things my Mother had stored was my grandmother's wedding dress. She was an Irish immigrant, working as a live in servant girl in NYC in the early 1900's, Neither she nor my grandfather had much when they married in 1908. I wondered if something could be done to restore the dress that had been kept in a plain cardboard box for so many years. Kat at Treasured Garments spoke with me at length about their process and I decided to send it t them for an assessment if it was even worth doing anything. When she called me back, the enthusiasm she had about the dress and what they could do was obvious.. When I git the dress returned a few weeks later, I was in absolute awe. It was the same dress, but it was so different at the same time. The delicate silk fabric seemed to glow and as I looked at it, I could envision my grandmother (who has been gone for almostn50 years) wearing it. If I had to describe what Kat did in one word it would have to be miraculous! Thank you for bringing a piece of our family history to life !!! For my dad's birthday I wanted to restore his 30+ year old much-loved sailing hat. It was so terribly tattered and torn (everyone said it was a rag that deserved the trash can), and over a dozen other garment restoration companies told me there was nothing they could do. I expanded my search, nationally, and sent photos to many (many!) garment restoration companies.

Kat from Treasured Garment Restoration was the only one among them who replied positively. She said she was excited to restore the hat and she then went on to describe in detail exactly how she planned on accomplishing this, including: "...put a surged edge around the top and hand sew it back into place. For the other places that have repairs, we would be able to put a backer fabric and hand sew it in to give strength to the fabric again. Once all repairs are in place and completed, we would give it a good hand cleaning to get off any oxidation or stains that might have set in."

Results? Incredible! (Candidly, I couldn't believe it when I opened the box!). The hat looks amazing and is wearable and enjoyable again. It was a most sentimental moment when my dad received his gift, and none of this would've been possible without Kat's enthusiasm and professionalism in approaching this. I will not hesitate to return in the future. Treasured Garment Restoration has my enormous thanks!

Looked everywhere for someone who could repair my mother's christening gown which is almost 100 years old and had stains and places on the bodice and sleeves where the silk had deteriorated. Spoke with Kat at Treasured Garment who told me they could replace sections of the dress with fabric that would match the look and feel of the original dress. I just received it back and it looks absolutely beautiful! The stains are gone and you cannot tell the difference between the original and the new fabric. A huge thank you to Kat and Treasured Garment Restoration!!

The team at Treasured Garment did an amazing job cleaning and preserving some items from my childhood. I had a number of hand crocheted blankets, doll clothes and hand made pillows that my great, great grandmother had made me for to use and play with on my dolls as a child. They were over nearly 40 years old and had been in storage. They were starting to show signs of yellowing a few brown spots and I wanted to get them cleaned and preserved so they didn't become further damaged. Duane took the time to learn about my items, ask me questions and carefully look everything over. He explained the method he'd most likely use. I felt very confident giving him my items to clean and take care of. Everything came back nicely packaged and looked fantastic - I highly recommend them and their work!

I got my Ugg boots repaired from this company and I am absolutely blown away on how they look and the work they did to make them look brand new!😃 Thank you for all your help and time and dedication on making my clumsy mistake of getting grease on my boots go away! I didn’t think anything could happen to them as it had been two years since I ruined them. But, with your magic and expertise they look BRAND NEW! Thank you so so much!! I’m forever grateful that I can wear my boots again!! This company was very professional. They made sure to call me to tell me their expectations, what they could be using on the boots to get the stains off and were very timely. Thank you again for everything you did!!☺

I am so please with how Julie was able to restore the beauty to my First Communion gown! It meant the world to my family for my daughter to be able to wear it, and feel beautiful for her special day! St. Croix Cleaners and Treasured Garment's are the best! We take all of our routine cleaning and all of our vintage textiles to them. Some of our vintage dance costumes are nearing or beyond 100 years old. We have no worries using Duane and his skilled staff.

I got my wedding dress cleaned here and it turned out beautifully, I'm so glad that they guarantee the dress in case one of my children want to wear it in the future. I work mostly with Kat who was very knowledgable and made me feel like my dress was in a safe place! Highly recommended!!

Very, very nice people. He explained the process to me, i.e. a sugar wash for my dress, and went through all of my options, i.e. clean, sugar wash, press, hang or encased in a garment case. Can't wait to get it back.

I had a personal emergency and needed my vest altered in a flash and they took care of me! While their normal turn time is about two weeks. They really went above and beyond!
