Walmart Supercenter

The New Richmond WI Walmart is very easy to shop. Of course there are those moments when busy and items will occasionally be out of stock but considering the times we live in, I will usually give them a 5 star.

9/1/23 around 10:10pm. I wish I had caught the gentleman's name, he was stocking near the milk/yogurt. But he was so helpful. I should have got a cart as I was juggling more things than I ought to have tried. While doing so the 12 pack of soda I had ripped open and fell. He assisted me very quickly and friendly even grabbing a new one for me. I'm very thankful. Especially since it was an already frustrating day.

New Richmond WI staff are all nice. I usually pick up my grocery, and so far, staff are polite and doing a great job.

New Richmond Wal-Mart is a 5* store! The employees are wonderful and many have been there for years! It's nice to see the same faces when I shop there. The fact the same employees show up day after day especially during this pandemic shows how much they care! All the employees at this Walmart and all the stores in the New Richmond/ Somerset area that show up day after day are my heroes! I give you all so much credit and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I also wanted to say last week when I went to this Walmart there was a group of five young adults that passed the employee that was handing out masks and each one of them said they had asthma and can't wear one and started to laugh! SHAME ON YOU ALL! I talked to that employee and said did they actually just say that ? She said yep I hear it all day long, she said the sad thing is I do have asthma and I'm here handing out masks to many people saying they have asthma and can't wear a mass! How inconsiderate of anybody who walks into a store and chooses not to wear a mask because it is their right! Here are the employees showing up to work for you everyday so you can get your groceries/ clothes etc..and you think you have a RIGHT to buck the store policy! Thanks again to all store employee's in our area!

Customer service ppl were great! Went above & beyond to help me with pricing & check out glitch! Good job guys!!

This store is awesome what I like is they have working supervisor, and they care for there staff hudson doesn't, woodbury doest but new richmond does

This Walmart is surprisingly good I’d say. You gotta go in expecting it to be a Walmart though of course, it’s no high quality retail experience but no Walmart is and I’m fine with that. Good Walmart vibes all around and a decent location. Well stocked when I was there and a good view to the west if you ever happen to go there in the morning and are into sunrises and all that. But I digress. Would recommend, why not.

Good prices, friendly staff, and a good place to get last minute items close to home. The $1 bread is delicious and a great deal and they often have mangoes and avocados on sale.
The pharmacy staff is very helpful.

Ethan helped me find what I was looking for, it was a new microwave and he was so nice. He deserves a raise! Greatest Walmart worker in a long time!

I want to thank Ben for finding the Spiderman bike I promised my grandson!! He took the time and looked in a number of places and found it for us. I hope they treat him right!! Sorry to say Ive been to a number of Walmarts and the employees take a look and are back 2 minutes later saying cant find it. Thanks again Ben!!

Great variety of foods, pharmacy, and housewares. Shop for grandchildren school clothes, too!
Reasonable prices for what they like! Live in Hudson, but enjoy the trip and larger store! Wish this was closer!

Found everything I needed and some extra Black Friday items almost a week after Black Friday, nice to get a few extra items for Christmas shopping out of the way!

Great selections. Good parking and ease of access.

Isaac, working register number one today, is a hard and focused worker. A smile on his face and dedication to good service In his mind. Thanks from me and my little guy today for helping us with our succulents and following up with the items I forgot.

Good for almost all essential needs not impressed with the non existing ammo and, rifle as well as toy, electronics clothing and home garden selection. Seen other locations with way more options. Said also too see more and more cashier jobs being taken my machines
