Kohl's

I thought good customer service with retail department stores were a thing of the past. My recent experiences at Kohl's in Oak Park Heights restores my faith. The staff are very well trained in processing purchases and adjustments. They are also very friendly and I always leave with better than expected pricing based on their knowledge of current promotions. Thanks!

There was a lot of varry nice helpful ladys I was thare as a instacart shopper for my customer getting some clothing and kids chemistry set thay were so helpful it was onley my 2 time shopping at kohl's

The onley thing I did not like was the Pushinus on getting a kohl's card for points or what ever
I will never shop kohl's for my self so no nead for your card

This is my favorite store. The only thing is this same older lady with curly brown hair and glasses asks me every single time when I'm walking through the isles if I want to open a Kohl's card. I always say no thank you, then she just walks away. I've been shopping here for years. You think she would remember me. She got me again Dec. 16th

Great store! Beautiful clothes, great selection and they have every size imaginable. They have everything from jewelry and watches to frames and pictures to luggage and housemate as well as clothes and shoes for the whole family. I'm impressed 😁go check it out for yourself. (And they have great sales, too) . Name brands, including Vera Wang, and not so name brands but good quality just the same

I was sent thare as an instacart shopper my Customer ordered a pair of shoes that apparently were only in the online catalog she thought they were at the store not your fault but I got screwed out of gas

Thank you. Also, one of the managers at the Oak Park Heights, MN, store is one of the best. She is exceptional. Reward these employees because they play the most important key to your success!

Welp, it's Kohl's so I saved nearly as much as I spent. That said, the deals were legit if overstated. They have coupons for 30% off or more along with deals on top of deals. This store is meticulously clean to the point of being shiny. My kids love picking stuff out and I dont mind because it's all reasonably priced. I just hope they stay in business, but I expect with the current rate of inflation, traffic will pick up.

Go here if you need some stuff, but also if you need to return anything you bought from Amazon. They have a free return service for Amazon goods and they will help rebox everything up and get you sorted for that return. It's probably the best kept secret of Kohl's. Great place.

Like the availability of products, Seasonal specials are fun. Savings on purchases makes it easy to shop more offten.

I felt welcomed and warm at this location. John helped me in the shoe department and assisted with my needs. I was very thankful to have such an experienced helper. This Kohls has a very good selection of clothes, which fit my children, along with kitchen appliances that I use to make food for my pet deer. I am so gracious that John treated me with respect, and I will make sure to come back here!
