Brick & Bourbon

Went on a date night and ate late at night, around 8:30-9pm. Wasn't overly crowded, was seated right away even though it was a Saturday night. Enjoyed the bacon wrapped tiger shrimp app and it was delicious!! Had the wings & stuffed salmon (waitresses suggestion) and the food was remarkable!! The diet coke here is like crack, it's SO good!!! (Way better than McD's)

This is a great place for a meal and a drink. The wife had the shrimp 🍤 tacos, and I had a veggie burger 🍔. The funnest part was trying the smoked old fashioned. The presentation alone was worth it, but the little waffle and bacon 🥓 toppings along with the good drink made it even better.

It's right in the heart of Stillwater, so they get plenty of business. There is only a single stall women's bathroom, which is a little rough for a busy place, so there was a frequent line. Same setup for the men's room but didn't seem to have a constant line.

Overall, we really liked Brick and Bourbon and plan to add it to our restaurant circuit.

First time here and Pat made the experience the best! Great recommendations! Provided us with everything we needed. Busy, but remained attentive. Enjoyed our brunch and the hot toddy’s he made for us. Kept us warm on this cold day! Definitely worth checking out. Thanks for everything Pat!! 🙂

Amazing drinks and food, two nights in three days! All servers awesome but Kristin is the name we remembered. A must in Stillwater.

I have to say, the second we walked into this place I knew it was going to be good. Old building, ancient wood floors, whiskey barrels incorporated into furniture...it was all adding up quickly. We were greeted with the smell of food, a faint touch of smoke, and a prompt host. Within two minutes of entering the restaurant Emmanuella had us seated with water and menus. She made excellent recommendations and answered questions before taking our orders. Not the same-old same-old fare here, no sir. What caught my eye was the "PB & Jay", a burger with peanut butter, bacon, mayo, pepper jack cheese, whiskey glazed onions and...(wait for it)...a glazed donut for the bun. Emmanuella is surely the best waitress in this place, and possibly the entire town. I will definitely be coming back as Brick and Bourbon has unseated Twin Cities Grill as my new favorite restaurant.

Went to brunch with family for Christmas. Menu selection was so great, had a hard time narrowing it down. Katelyn was great! Hubby loved the smoking gun cocktail. The different flavored bacon appetizer was worth trying if you're a bacon fan. French onion soup was some of the best I've had (didn't get a photo, it disappeared too fast). The steak and eggs skillet was good, the hashbrowns weren't my favorite though. The burgers all came out great. Hubby likes a medium burger and it actually came medium. Parents didn't care for the HB either in the eggs benedict.

Pat the bartender has to be one of the nicest bartenders I've ever met. He was very courteous to all the patrons. Will definitely be coming back if he's behind the bar!!

Atmosphere in this place is awesome.

The food we was good although I’ve had better for the price. But the fries are unique and I really liked them. Those and the atmosphere is why they are getting five stars.

Delicious dinner here during our vacation in Stillwater. Great selection of beer and bourbon (of course). Duck fat bacon wontons and Brussels sprout dish were standouts as well as the maple crème brûlée. We had excellent service from Kristen! Highly recommend.

First time here, Emmauella took great care of us. Drinks, food, and dessert all fantastic. Pair that with amazing service you can’t loose. Highly recommend

Quick date night with appetizers and drinks. Sat on the patio upstairs with a beautiful view. Food was great and Kristin our server was fabulous!!! Can’t wait to go back.

Kristin was AMAZING! Incredible service, great drink recommendations, and super patient with my indecisiveness. Cedar plank stuffed salmon, brat beer cheese soup, maple pecan salad, and cranberry hummus were 10/10 delicious!

I really love the interior of this place. Drinks are good, food is great, and Emmanuela was a really wonderful server! Pro tip: get the creme brulee....hand for size reference.

Cool, hip place with wide appeal. Occasionally starts to feel bit pretentious, but its tempered by cheap but good in-house wine and classic American beer. The “shotgun old fashioned” is amusing if you let it (and the waffle that comes with it a sweet delight). Burgers and Mac and cheese were quite good. Our server, Emanuella, was fantastic. And the crème brûlée was the perfect end to the meal.

If you’re looking for phenomenal drinks and over the top delicious food then you need to come here! The drink presentation and food presentation is fantastic. Our server Annalise was great in explaining our drinks :)

Pat the bartender was wonderful! Genuinely nice guy, attentive and made the start to the birthday weekend festivities a memorable one

The server Kristin, was literally so amazing!!!! We originally wanted to sit somewhere else due to the air being a bit too cold, but she adjusted it for us and we were happy to stay with her being we did not want another server! This was my first time at this restaurant and I just say, thanks to Kristin, I will be back again! Thank you so much Kristin and the food was amazing ❤❤

AMAZING food! The duck wontons are to die for! Fantastic servers (shout out to Yeti)! Super fun atmosphere and super aesthetically pleasing. 10/10 recommend
