Went to go look for a used car from Stillwater motors and spoke with Jim B. He was up front about everything I was looking for. Went to check out a car we talked about and test drove it. My daughter was needing to get a car. She didn't really like the car we test drove. When we got back Jim gave us another option. She loved it. Some things were wrong with the car cosmetically and Jim got everything fixed and looking great. My daughter was very happy. Good experience seeing as I usually don't like working with salesmen.

Mario, in the body shop department, took his time to buff out a few scratches on my 2023 Traverse! Looked fabulous!!! Very kind man.

We as a family have nothing but positives to say about Stillwater motors. In the last 10 or so years all of our vehicles have been purchased and maintained through them. Their service department is wonderful, very clear in things that are needed vs potential needs, and they communicate well. Their sales department doesn’t strong arm you, they help you make an educated intelligent decision. I’d be shocked if we ever purchase or get a vehicle serviced anywhere else!

I worked with Jeff and Dale on a used 2019 Chevy Malibu, they gave me all the information I needed. I had to drive over 5 hrs to get there. when I got there the car was more than I expected my son loves it. Everyone was professional and courteous it was a great experience all around

Stillwater Motors is family owned and support the local car clubs so they seemed very interested in the community. I was using another GM dealer in the Twin Cities and had a couple issues then was told to come here. All the work Stillwater Motors has done on both of my trucks has been great. They're quick and offer a shuttle ride if you don't want to wait around. Also every time I've used their texting with the service rep, they've been quick to respond.

My experience with the dealership began in the service department with Service Agent Chris. He communicated clearly, showed empathy, revealed the reality of what was going on, allowed me space to grieve the total loss of my 2015 Buick Encore (with 88,079 miles) and matched me up with Ashley on the dealership side.
Ashley was very knowledgeable, patient, really listened to me, and was an excellent communicator with exemplary customer service! I am so grateful that she was the sales person I worked with as she put me at ease in a very hard situation. I am not glad my Buick Encore had total engine, turbo charger failure with major exhaust issues--I AM THANKFUL for the top-notch service, professionalism and kindness I encountered at Stillwater Motors and delighted with my 2019 sandy metallic Chevy Equinox LT!

Very happy with my purchase and experience here. I bought a 2020 Subaru and my sales rep Dale, did his homework and was able to show me all the wonderful features on my car (there was a lot!) I loved that. No pressure, totally professional. The price was fair and well thought out and the financing procedure was super quick and efficient. I will be back
