Sarah went out of her way to deal w a package that ran astray & to understand why it happened. Made good immediately to get my package to right destination ASAP at UPS expense, & working w staff to avoid repeat circumstances. Great Customer Service w a smile!

Ge couldn't have been more helpful. I was having troubles with QRcodes and navigating Amazon returns. He did a fabulous job of walking me through the process. Thanks Ge.

I got friendly and efficient service at the UPS Store in Oak Park Heights when I went in with a bundle of legal documents to copy. CeCe, the excellent staffer who assisted me, told me that the price was the same for self-copying or leaving it with hem. She did a thorough and thoughtful job, partitioning the documents in the copied stack with little Post-It strips. The staff seemed to communicate smoothly with each other; I got the feeling they enjoy teamwork.

I want to say thank to Ge who was there - on the spot - to help me today with my two very heavy packages. He didn't even have to be asked to help me. He just asked which car was mine and hauled them both out immediately. I wish all my experiences were this nice and easy. Thank you Ge for making my day so much nicer!

Want to give a shout out to Cece for her excellent customer service. I accidentally dropped off several Amazon returns with a QC code for only one of them. Cece helped me fix the issue via phone and email so I didn’t have to come back in. I’m quite far from the store so her over-the-top service is much appreciated Thanks!!!

Sam did a great job helping us with an Amazon return. We didn’t have our s**t together. He was extremely patient, polite and good at his job.

We have been using the UPS Store location for the last few years and have always had a good experience. Recently, I shipped a rather large and heavy package which I elected to add insurance to. We did experience damage in the shipping process, and I was very pleased with how Sarah (Store Manager) went about investigating and advising me on the claim process. It's rare that you experience this level of service these days. While I was disappointed to learn of the damage, I was grateful for Sarah's assistance and will continue to use this UPS Store as our primary shipping center.

Sarah, the store manager, is the most helpful and understanding human being!

I had an issue trying to ship to Alaska, it didn't work out, and she refunded and took care of my stranded item for me. She went absolutely above and beyond. All of the other customer service reps were also helpful in trying to set up, then rectifying the issues we had with our shipping. If you want real help shipping your items, from real people, this is your spot!

I have been a UPS box owner for over 3 years and have never seen a holiday season as busy as this past one! With more people shipping gifts than ever before, the UPS Store was always packed. Despite it being super crazy and a high stress time, Sarah and her staff were amazing! They were always super friendly and helpful, even offering to help carry my packages out to my car, despite being busy with other customers. Sarah has an amazing staff of competent people and I always look forward to seeing their smiling faces. Thanks for taking good care of all of my packages!!

I had the pleasure of working with Brittany a couple of weeks ago. I had 33 documents on my iPad that I needed to print, ranging from 1 to 12 pages each. I had no idea how to accomplish this, so I stopped in at the UPS Store in hopes they could help. The process was a bit round about, and Brittany could tell it confused me. So she offered to do everything for me. She uploaded the documents, printed them, and double checked I had everything I needed. She was polite, professional, and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend this store and Brittany!! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Shipped an expensive package that ended up getting damaged during shipping. Sarah, the store manager, immediately took over my claim and assured me they would make it right. She followed through with professionalism and kindness. Everything was resolved in less than 3 weeks. Grateful for the wonderful customer service!

Sarah is an absolute rock-star. WE contacted your store from Alaska to inquire about purchasing an antique cabinet and having it shipped. She spearheaded the endeavor and went above and beyond. Store 4049. Brittany was excellent. Very patient and helpful and great customer service, did not make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience during my Amazon return through UPS. Other associates have always been nice and helpful in addition at this location but Brittany stood out

Very helpful. The young lady Chartie (I think that's how you spell it Charity?) Anyway she was VERY helpful . Saw me struggling with my package and came outside to help with no question. Super quick easy and nice experience, especially because I live 40 min away. So it was definitely worth the drive!

I needed an unusual sized box to ship an expensive product. I was quickly helped by staff who suggested a box that can be cut down slightly to work, and shown the scribe lines on the box for correct cut-to-fit. It worked perfect! I was able to easily and thoroughly package my product, and ship it off without worry of the box breaking, or my product sliding around getting damaged. Thanks so much for your expertise and consistent service!

The staff at the UPS store in Stillwater were very friendly and helpful, especially Miah! I brought several large pieces of artwork in to be shipped and she really worked out how to get me the best price for packing and shipping. Thank you so much Miah!
