Leo's Grill & Malt Shop

I had a Chocolate Malt from Leo's today. I think it was the best chocolate malt I have ever had, and I have had a lot of them. I honestly don't know what was different about it, but it was amazing. I can't wait to go back and have another one. I wish they had a really big one.

This place is great. Takes me back to my youth, but cleaner. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the milkshake. Good variety of milkshake flavors and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back within the area.

Leo's is such a fantastic classic style malt shop and grill. I have been here a few times now, and every time the food is great, the shakes and malts are heavenly and flavorful, and the service is always friendly and quick. I just tried the walk up window on the side of the building for the first time today. Super quick and convenient way to grab a malt quick.

I actually really enjoy the feel and look of malt shops and 50s diners. I came for just a malt today because I already ate food elsewhere. But food coming out did look pretty good. So I do want to try that next time. I just ordered an Oreo Banana malt. I really liked it the ice cream was really good. Service was a little slow, but they are pretty busy, so that's okay. The malt was worth the little wait.

This is honestly my favorite diner. I love the old feel, 50s music, and the history of the place. Needless to say, the food is great. There is a wide variety of dining foods. When you're here, don't forget a malt and my personal favorite "Wisconsin Cheese Curds."For a tourist spot that can get pretty busy, they get your food out to you at a reasonable time, and all the workers have great attitude. 10/10 must go if in Stillwater.

From Missouri and everything was great! Food, malts, and actually service! I was very surprised! I've been to many restaurants, and they were very busy with seasoned waitresses, and the ladies here are on it!
I forgot her name, but the blonde took care of us more than I have seen in a while! All I have to say is keep it up. Don't ever expect the tips, and not care about your customers. I can tell you love what you do, and that really comes through your service!! Keep up the hard work!! It will pay off!

Classic ice cream shop with amazing food and ice cream. We always order from the to go window, which is very fast. I always get the Oreo shake and my wife gets a sundae. Best ice cream in town!

Quite comfy and cozy 50's throwback diner. Our BLT's were slightly delayed due to a mixup but our waitress was sweet enough to add complementary cheese curds to our order which were done perfectly. Loved the throwback tunes playing throughout our lunch as well. Highly recommend, and look forward to coming back!

Marissa was prompt and friendly. The chefs wear gloves, and you can see them cook your food if you're at the right angle.

I'm told the majority of the food is home or handmade, and it shows both in the quality and taste, not to mention the presentation.

As well as one of the best malts I've ever had. ❤

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I didn't realize they had a new indoor "patio" area since my last visit so I originally said we would wait for a seat in the main restaurant. I love the home-cooked taste and the portions are very generous. Next time, I'm going to make a special stop for just dessert because the malted hot chocolate sounds wonderful.

We were lucky to find a table open in this cute little dinner. We were just visiting for the day from Rochester. The décor is fun, old time signs. The malts looked amazing, I would surly have had one, if my blood sugars would have let me.
Service was wonderful. One waitress did the whole restaurant. While there are only about a dozen tables- she was flying. She was super sweet, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and looked like Taylor Swift (really!).
The food was ready quickly, cooked as requested, hot and delicious. Loved that mine was in the cute basket.
Not a good place to bring in a stroller- very close tables inside, narrow. Bathroom was clean.

I think I found my dads new favorite place at Leo’s! Classic diner and malt shop with a nostalgic feel. We all ordered burgers and split a chocolate shake. It was ALL delicious! Seems like you can’t go wrong no matter what you order. The inside is pretty small, not a ton of tables so be aware of that if you go during a rush time. They do have an outdoor area on the same block next to their ice cream to-go stand where you could eat if the inside was full. Very nice staff. Would definitely go back!

If you're in the mood for a good burger, fries, and a malt, this is it! I always enjoy this place every time I go, and it is always well visited. Their food tastes great, the service is very friendly and the prices are very affordable (compared to most other places in Stillwater).

1st time going and had a great time very family friendly and awesome food. Surprised at how busy it was on a weekday but found out why when ordered the malt! So good and staff was wonderful. As most shops in stillwater street parking but it's always pretty easy to find a spot.

Stopped for hot chocolate. Used the side pick up window. Friendly and prompt service. Stayed in the heated patio and ordered the half and half. Onion rings and fries. Again great service. A great place to stop for a burger and shake.

My server Rosie was so sweet and definitely knows how to work a crowd, she’s going places for sure. Ate the sloppy Joe sliders and got a side of chipotle mayo, well worth the upgrade. Put these on the menu permanently please

We stopped in with a group of 9, adults + kids, for dinner on a nice Sunday. We were able to get seats outside, right away, which was nice. They mainly have burgers and hotdogs, and obviously ice cream/shakes. Everyones food came out pretty quickly and everyone seemed to be pretty pleased with the food, no complaints. The ice cream and shakes were also great at the end of the meal. A great spot for outside seating and some quick food/dessert.

Very fun back to the 50s malt shop. We went on a Saturday during Lumberjack days so it was fairly busy and loud in the restaurant. Getting to the bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze walking between tables and booths. Besides that, the food was absolutely amazing!

A super establishment with a 60s style theme. Good and shakes/malts are great. Everything else is good also. Lots of history as well.

Love this place, the employees seem to all be having a good time working here. My most recent visit, it was my friend's birthday and we asked if they did anything special for birthdays and they brought her a cup of ice cream decorated to look like a clown! So cute and funny.
