Great gym with all the equipment you'd need. It is quiet, clean, and you often get to workout alone without any distractions. The owner, Rick, is very responsive and will answer any questions you may have. Highly recommended for all experience levels!

Solutions Fitness is a great place to work out. Very clean and not crowded. The owner Rick is wonderful. When I dropped my airpod during a workout on the treadmill, Rick had to take apart the treadmill in order to find it. How often you get a service like that !

Solutions is a great gym to go to. It has all the equipment you could need, always clean, and Rick is a great and attentive owner. I’ve never had to wait long to get a hold of him on the phone, that’s some great costumer service right there. It’s especially a great gym for those just starting out or those who dislike commercial gyms. 10/10

Joining Solutions Gym has been a fantastic experience. The initial consultation with Rick (the owner) to set up a program gave me clear direction to achieve my goals. Not only is he tremendously knowledgeable but also a very understanding and caring person. The flexibility with the 24-hour access makes it easy to fit my workouts in my schedule. The facility is always very well kept and provides all the tools I need to train. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

After having awful experiences with other gyms and their staff, it was refreshing to find Solutions Gym and meet Rick. Rick took my health questionnaire seriously when creating a plan for me that kept me motivated, energized and sweating! Rick has a friendly professionalism that just makes you feel comfortable with him from the beginning. The gym is small, but has everything you need and is located in a well lit area with plenty of parking. I enjoyed my time there very much!

Great hole in the wall gym with essentially everything you need for a solid workout. Rick could not have been more friendly and accommodating to my boyfriend and I. The space and equipment was always super clean and organized. Highly recommend this gym to anyone trying to avoid those packed early mornings/early evening gym hours. Or if you’re just looking for a solid gym in the Exeter area!

In short: Exeter's Hidden Gym Gem. If you're looking for a place without the glitzy distractions that is clean and interruption-free, this is it. All the equipment you need. If ever there is another member there, they are on the same page of no-nonsense, fitness-focused upward progression. I would recommend no other area gym but this one. Best 4am workout in the region, hands-down. Do it.

I intermittently travel between Florida and New Hampshire throughout the year, and there is not a single place that has better value in the greater Portsmouth area than Solutions. The owner is fantastic; always willing to work out a deal for my sporadic schedule without relying too heavily on contracts and legalities.

The gym is a proper weightlifting gym, has absolutely everything you need to have a great workout. Usually very quiet and private; I extremely rarely see more than one other member.

I highly recommend this place.

Great facility. Plenty of equipment, always very clean, Rick is terrific. 24/7 access is a big plus. Have been member at corporate gyms, Solutions is a much better solution for my fitness needs.

This is a great private gym. Being open 24 hours a day is super convenient for any schedule. The owner is awesome and is incredibly helpful when putting together a workout plan. Everything is always clean, everyone who works out there is friendly. It's just a great experience.

Very clean facility, Rick the owner is always very accomodating and reachable. Variety of machines and free weights, benches, cables, squat rack. Assortment of cardio equipment, as well as a streching area. Locker rooms are immaculate with showers, small lockers available if needed. Overall a wonderful place to work out 👍

Solutions Fitness is great! Rick designed a program for me when I needed some guidance and I loved that it's 24 hours so I never had to feel rushed. Always very clean and all the members I met were great.

Two months in and Solutions has helped improve my life dramatically physically mentally emotionally. 24 hour access with privacy and no huge crowds no matter what your schedule may be. Plenty of space, kept pristinely clean. Owners great. Highly recommend for all ages and fitness levels.
