I will say excellent friendly caring and helpful kind Associates both in the pharmacy and store ! Also my experience I was and always have been treated with respect in Rite Aid no matter how you're dressed or look or age or whom you're with! All Associates still Friendly caring how far fast and efficient! The store is also very clean and conveniently located! I must mention Rite Aid in Exeter is so much better to do business with than the Walgreens in Exeter! Trust me on that!

Rite Aid corporate office is the BEST ! They Care for your Health. I had a small problem with an order from a new tech. ( For Glaucoma eye drops ). After I called the Corporate Office. My prescription was done within an hour . Instead of waiting 3 days which is what the new tech said. So Actions speak Volumes. Rite Aid cares about theyre stores, and theyre customers!

Rite Aid is my favorite drug store by far, but this year the pharmacy has had changes and getting refills has been harder. The app never works. Sometimes I call in and leave my prescription number. Usually I end up pressing 3 and talking to someone. I’ve gone without my medication a few times because they just haven’t been refilled. Everyone is nice in the pharmacy. I don’t know what has caused the change.

The pharmacy isn't terrible, it's just a pharmacy. Nothing more, nothing less (except there is also a drug store, but im focusing more on the pharmacy). The pharmacy employees are okay most of the time, but there have been many occasions when I would be sitting at the drive thru for more than 15 minutes and there will be people in the pharmacy that absolutely know that i am there. I understand stuff can get busy but multiple times this has happened where i am the only one in line in the drive thru and there will be nobody in line in store and still not be helped for over 15 minutes. Nobody even comes up to the window to let me know that it is going to be a while. This doesn't happen a whole lot but when it does its incredibly frustrating because it wastes my time when they could easily just tell me it's going to be a while and I could go do other stuff and come back later. But that is not the biggest problem. The reason why this is 2 stars and not 3 stars is because they close the whole pharmacy during lunch time. I think it would be perfectly reasonable for them to stagger shifts to cover lunch like every other business. Again if they are short staffed there could be a note on the window explaining why they are closed for lunch, but there is none. I know this doesn't affect everyone because people can just go there outside lunch hours, but I still think that not being open during lunch makes it way less convenient for at the very least, myself.
