I was prepared for the worse and I am pleasantly surprised… the team is efficient, hard working, concentrated and well managed. Communications is extraordinary both in person and via their powerful online portal. They clean up every night giving us access to that part of the house.

KRB Kitchen & Bath is Best in Class! I found KRB via internet searches for kitchen designers in Portsmouth and quickly determined I wanted to meet with them. We contacted the company and the owner, Kevin, came for an on sight visit. Kevin took pictures and asked for our concerns and wishes. I knew before he left, we were moving forward with KRB.

We had several meetings to determine designs and budget and also determined we would have 2 phases for our remodel.

Phase I included the complete remodel of the kitchen, creating an entry...which created an office that needed built ins, finishing the floors, crown molding, creating a luxury bathroom out of 2 smaller bathrooms and so much more.

Phase II included the edition of a master suite and second bathroom. The pictures speak for themselves.

We are so pleased our experience at KRB. From the initial meeting with Kevin, to meeting with Heidi at the showroom, to the craftsmen who visited our house daily for several months...the whole process was more than worth it.

We recently finished our 3-month first-floor remodel, including the kitchen, bathroom, and so much more. The team at KRB did an amazing job of bringing our vision to life and creating a space that is both functional and beautiful. Everyone we worked with at KRB was professional, prompt, and always available to answer any questions we had. The attention to detail was impressive, from the custom cabinetry to the perfect tile choices, and glamorous lighting. The finished result is a kitchen and bathroom that not only looks great but exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend KRB to anyone looking to update their space.

We had spoken to several other KRB clients so we went into this project pretty confident about our design/build choice. Working with the owner, Kevin Roy, was above and beyond our expectations. From our initial visit to the KRB showroom where we saw we could basically sit in one room and make all our selections, through his thorough site visit, through the design, rip-out and complete renovation of our 1994 kitchen, he and his team were stellar. Kevin used to be a builder himself so the fact he has such an incredible eye for design and colors as well makes KRB the only choice you have to make. As soon as you choose the style and color of cabinets, Kevin brings six countertop options to the table. You can choose something completely different, but he will give you the top six from a design perspective. After that, he brings to the table the likely cabinet hardware - BOOM! Then he takes you to the flooring room where there are hundreds of choices, overwhelming really, but again, he pulls out some strong candidates. After that, the real work begins and over the course of the project, KRB's crew became like brothers to us. When we had issues with Portsmouth inspectors (don't get me started on them!), Kevin and Keith Watson found solutions - we had a couple of gnarly challenges that were unforeseen because they were behind walls and above ceilings, but they figured it out. At the end of all this, we have a gorgeous kitchen that is not only fun to cook and entertain in, but it's fun to clean up! I know, right? Who's ever loved cleaning up after a dinner party? Working with KRB was a dream. It was stress free and exactly what we wanted from the beginning. Meagan helped us make our dream come to life, Erik made sure the process went smoothly from the moment they entered the house to when the contractors left every day. All their contractors were friendly, understanding and very clean. The app made everything easy to organize, understand the plan, and see the progress as well as the schedule. As an A type personality this was everything I needed to have confidence in the outcome. We can’t wait to work with them on our next big project.

We chose KRB to remodel our ensuite bathroom and they have also remodeled several other spaces in our current home and previous home. Each member of the team is respectful, and professional. We will certainly use them for any future remodeling projects that we may have.

When it came time to renovate our very outdated master bathroom and kids'
bathroom, along with a complete redesign of the master bedroom closet space,
we researched several design and build firms and met with a couple to get a
feel for their approach to the project.

Having done that, Kevin and the KRB team was an easy selection to move our
projects forward. We had a couple ideas on how we might reconfigure some of
the space, and Kevin took those core thoughts to the next level with details
and suggestions we hadn't considered. With a couple meetings and revisions
using their visual layout technology, we were looking at our future living
space and loved it! Their showroom and books had a terrific selection of
tiles and vanities from which to choose, and we were introduced to resources
for hardware and fittings who were extremely helpful and professional. The
entire team at KRB is customer-focused, polite and professional. From
keeping the work space cleaned up at the end of every day to sealing off
their work area from your living area, they made it enjoyable to watch the
projects progress. And one of the most impressive aspects of working with
KRB, for us at least, was that the work is guaranteed - something that's not
offered by all contractors. With projects of this size, there's always a
chance that something could use an adjustment or re-visit after the work is
done. We had one minor item that we wanted looked at a couple months after
it was completed, and they were quick to respond and provide an easy fix. We
have recommended KRB to friends and will continue to do so. In fact, we
recently brought KRB back in to work on a separate project and are equally
pleased with the beautiful work they did. We look forward to working with
Kevin and his team at KRB on future projects as well.

KRB did a great job of transforming our old dark kitchen into a new beautiful bright space with new cabinets, flooring, fixtures, and countertops. They were very professional and quick to respond to any concerns that came up during the process. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was very helpful. We will definitely use KRB for future remodeling projects!

The total experience remodeling our master bathroom with KRB was outstanding. Kevin did an incredible job with the design phase and got us a plan and price that was right in line with what we wanted. The workers were all very professional and respectful as both my wife and I were working at the same time in the house while they were making progress on the bathroom. Keith was just an outstanding supervisor and very customer centric. And Johnny did the most incredible tiling job - truly a work of art! We LOVE our KRB kitchen! After years of dreaming about a new kitchen, Kevin designed the perfect layout for our family. He combined our kitchen and living areas to create the most beautiful entertaining space. The vendors KRB works with are top-notch. We went with Harmoni cabinets and the workmanship is amazing. We are also pleased Kevin suggested the Galley workstation. It is so efficient and I can’t imagine cooking/prepping food without it! Trent was extremely professional and organized when dealing with shipments and payments. The attention to detail was much-appreciated. We knew we were going with the BEST when we chose KRB because Kevin designed our mudroom several years ago. Prior to our kitchen remodel, the mudroom was our favorite room in the house! You won’t be sorry if you choose KRB for your next project!

KRB kitchen & design took a cramped poorly organized 1940’s kitchen and renovated it into a spacious, bright work space that We are proud to show to family and friends. Sight lines were retained, work flow improved and storage was greatly improved. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend KRB to anyone considering a kitchen renovation. We are so happy we would definitely hire them again for a bath renovation.

We bought a house that needed a total remodel in July 2018, including multiple walls removed, new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, whole house interior painting, new wood floors throughout. Before we even closed, I wanted to get a full service company on board to do the work as quickly, and skillfully, as possible. I chose KRB because they were able to do everything from kitchen and bath design to full general contracting. I really liked their process, which is specified very clearly on their website. We worked together to come up with the design, full scope of the project, etc. We worked back and forth on our various options to try to balance budget and design options. Once we made final decisions, the budget was set and the only variations during or after construction were due to either a) design changes my husband and I wanted or b) a few rather minor scope changes because of unknowns once the walls were opened. Once you agree to the design and budget KRB does everything they can to stick to it and they did a great job. KRB was able to complete our rather large project in a rather short amount of time- 3 months from start of construction to finish! They had us in by Christmas. The communication during construction was excellent, as they assign a project manager who is in constant communication. The work they did is absolutely beautiful. They obviously have a real pride in workmanship. I can't rave enough about how beautiful our house is! You really can't go wrong in choosing KRB.

From initial consultation to final walk through, the professionals at KRB were great to work with. From design options for our new kitchen and master suite, to materials selection, through installation, the entire KRB team was responsive to our needs, budget and design changes. Kevin’s designs were outstanding creating an open concept, front to back kitchen and living space. Hiedi was very patient with us and did a great job helping us select the best materials for the design. Finally, Bob and the construction staff were friendly, responsive and communicated very well. Their work was top notch. Most importantly, we came in slightly under our planned budget. We’ve already recommended KRB to family.

KRB did a complete kitchen/mudroom remodel for us.  Kevin's design was very detailed and he made excellent use of the space.  He worked with us to keep the cost down while still achieving the look we wanted.  Their staff was exceptional and very patient as we navigated through picking out cabinets -- style and color.  After the project was completed, KRB was quick to address small fixes, which were few and far between.  We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and mudroom!

It is worth every penny to have KRB do your home projects. Kevin is a brilliant designer with a keen eye on details and making space the best it can be. We have a galley workstation that has transformed our kitchen and allows my husband and I to cook together so comfortably. Tony kept the projects moving right along and was a great communicator. The whole team is respectful of your home space, clean, timely and professional. We have had them do 2 kitchen projects and will certainly have them back again for future home needs!

I had written a 2 page review of KRB Kitchen and Bath Design Center but it was too long for inclusion here. So, I'll make it short and sweet. KRB was the first and ONLY company we met with. We were so impressed initially that we didn't need to consider others. Also, KRB would handle every aspect of the job; no finding separate contractors for each step for us!! The project, renovating 3 bathrooms and our kitchen, went beautifully, from initial meeting to final clean up. Kevin Roy, the owner, made decision making easy, he kept our budget in mind and when the work began soon after, everythig, and I DO mean EVERYTHING, went perfectly. The plumbers, electricians, general contractors, painters, time man, counter top people, plasterer and so on all did a superb job and once the work began, there was NO down time, no "oh-ohs", no surprises, no "no-shows", not a single problem arose and the teams woked together perfectly. There were some pretty tricky logistics involved as my wife and I had to remain in our home during the renovations, but everyone worked hard to see that any inconvenience was kept to a minimum.
I could go on and on, but in short, we definitely made the right decision with our selection of KRB! We couldn't be more pleased with the end result and the professionalism of EVERYONE involved. If you are considering renovations, KRB IS your company!

We used KRB for a HUGE project, and they exceeded every expectation we had! Over the course of 3 month project, they were constantly on time, ahead of schedule, up front and honest with every little detail, professional, and met every deadline.
