I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Patio and Flame!! Linda was amazing, so patient, knowledgeable, helpful and FUN! Come here before you go anywhere else!

I walked in not knowing what i was looking for, except I knew that I needed a table for my summer house that fit 6 chairs. Laina showed me a bunch of different options and really took the time to explain everything. I honestly was clueless as to what I wanted. After working with me for a long time I finally found what I wanted which was a regular expansion teak table. The table had 6 Florida white chairs also. If you’re looking for any kind of patio furniture head over here and visit Patio and Flame ask for Laina!

We recently purchased a sectional for our new patio. Lots of options to choose from. Lane was very knowledgable of the products and helped us make a great selection.

Stopped In on vacation, driving by it was their grand opening. There was a selection of Patio items I couldn’t find at home so they are shipping it to me. Nice people…Laina and Linda were great to work with!

Their teak coffee table perfect addition to my outdoor seating area.

This was our first time purchasing from Patio & Flame in hopes of supporting local business…and based on how terrible this experience was, this is also my first time writing a review.

After going into the showroom in Exeter, we decided to purchase a brand new glider and paid the extra fee to have it delivered and assembled at our home. When delivery day came, we received an already assembled glider that is covered in dirt and mold and looks like it’s been sitting outside for years. When I called to ask where the new glider was (that we paid extra to have assembled), I was repeatedly brushed off and told they would make it right yet after multiple calls and conversations, no one ever came to replace it.

We received no remedy to the situation and I was redirected to deal with their other location in Kittery who told me what I wanted to hear and never followed up. I’m incredibly disappointed with the bait and switch of seeing new products in Exeter that we chose to purchase new
only to receive old, dirty used products from Kittery. Wish we spent our money elsewhere.

I had a very bad experience here with the customer service as well as the prices. It looks like many others had similar experiences with this company based on the other BBB and Yelp reviews.
