I had my Lotus Evora transmission repaired today and they did an amazing job! I couldn't believe how friendly and honest everyone was, from the General Manager, the Service Manager John and Lead Tech Greg. If you want fast, friendly service on your exotic car this is the place to bring it. I highly recommend! Easy 5/5!

Wonderful experience. I phoned ahead the morning of visiting the dealership and ended up speaking with Dominik the manager. Dimitri quickly followed up confirming the appointment and assisted with directions. The Evora S was ready for a test drive on arrival. Dimitri wanted me to go on an extended ride to really experience the car. He was friendly and knowledgable about the car. Back at the dealership after speaking with my wife we arrived at a fair price. The paperwork was finished in under an hour. Dominik and Dimitri went above and beyond to help when I had trouble writing the check. Will be back to trade in for a 400 in the future.

The dealership in Illinois had a Lotus Evora for sale, and I am thrilled with my decision to buy it. The staff and mechanics were knowledgeable about the car’s characteristics, and I got a great deal.

I just called every lotus dealer in the country with a question on my Evora. Half of which didn't answer the phone or half no idea how to look up the vin number in their system. My experience seems to be shared with others, as I approached this dealer via email to purchase one of their new vehicles listed online. Once contact had been established and interest assured, the vehicle in question was sold out from under me without so much as the courtesy of a quick cal either before or after the sale had gone through. The only way I was aware anything had changed was to call myself to be told essentially that no one cared about the trouble I was caused by their greed, but that they’d be happy to sell me another vehicle for full price. Not befitting a high end dealer still all and I hope they aren’t able to pull this on anyone else.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. The GM Dmitri was very rude , poor customer service skills. I took my business else where would not recommend. Stay away at all costs
