Liam, is an outstanding representative. I try to go to him on a regular basis because he is very knowledgeable and such a great people person. Thanks for all you’ve done to make my business enjoyable each time.

Daaron helped me and I was super impressed with his service. He immediately made sure I was taken care of as soon as I walked in. He reviewed my plan and educated me on the more recent plans now be offered and helped me understand what makes most sense in my phone upgrade to ultimately save me money. Lastly, he was very good in taking care of my needs in a timely and efficient manner. Top notch. Thank you Daaron.

Love this AT&T store! My mother needed a new phone and Gabriel helped us out by explaining to her what the plan entailed along with all her questions.

I am leaving the country for a couple of months and I was able to get an explanation that I was able to use my phone outside of the USA. Thank you Gabriel!

I recently purchased a new Apple iPad that required some assistance to get the cellular data activated. I called the Glenview store to ask for assistance and decided to come in to the same store to further the process. Both on the phone and in person I was assisted by Liam. He was very helpful and friendly and was able to resolve the issue in store. I can’t thank you enough for how efficiently he worked through the process to get everything set up and I’m very happy.

I had a great experience with the store manager. And all the employees were actually great! They were very helpful and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming in more often!

I can't overstate how much I DREAD the phone buying/line shifting process that happens when someone in my family of five needs a new phone. This time around I needed to buy a new phone, shift three lines and cancel an ipad and the idea of sitting on the phone with someone to do all of that was a non starter. I went into this location in Glenview and was not disappointed. Lina is a SUPERSTAR employee! She not only helped my buy the new phone, she gave me the hours she would be working that week and her work phone number so that when the new phone arrived, I could have some continuity and work with the same person when I went back to the store. As if that weren't enough, she sat with me for over 2 hours and patiently helped me navigate switching lines for 4 people. Every customer service experience should be like this! She should get a big fat raise!

Isiah was very helpful and was able to get me a new phone that was fully set up by the time I left and also order me the watch that I wanted that was not in stock. He was very diligent about making sure everything was backed up correctly and synced over to my new phone so I did not lose anything in the transfer. In addition he took the time to look through my bill and find ways to upgrade my plan while keeping the price the same by enrolling in paperless billing. He was also very pleasant to talk to, so even though my visit took a long time (due to needing to get my new phone set up before deleting the old), I had a very nice time. I will definitely visit this location again for anything I need, even though it is inconveniently located for me.

Gabriel was simply FANTASTIC, he wasn’t pushy, was very knowledgeable and quite helpful. He navigated our purchase seamlessly while helping other co-workers. You are nuts if you don’t visit him.

I have coming to this location for phone upgrades since the pandemic began and I switched to AT&T. I am very happy with the service ☺ and attention to detail. Very knowledgeable team.

I had a wonderful experience. Gabriel was very nice and very helpful to me. He answered all my questions and helped me set up my phone to my watch. Everyone at the store is very helpful

Isaiah was awesome he's got really good customer service skills and if he isn't the manager he definitely should be. He was the first person to come talk to me when i walked in the door and he was very helpful with everything I needed. I hope he gets to see this review also because he went above and beyond for me and my family

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Lina was fantastic. She was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She even stayed after hours to complete my phone setup. I would definitely recommend this location.

Let me just say Miguel provided the best customer service! He’s kind, patient, and helps you out with whatever you need. Miguel made upgrading our family phones a smooth process without any troubles! Definitely know where I’m going if I have any questions

Went in to get help with setting up my phone. Such friendly service!
But most of all, it was the environment , they offered water and handed me the tv remote. Definitely made my experience feel like I was at home.

Lena was extremely helpful and friendly. I needed to get a new phone activated (and the old phone deactivated). She worked quickly and efficiently, making friendly conversation as we waited for things to update and download.

I wanted to change my phone services and I figured I’d walk in just to ask about what the process would be. The patience and knowledge they had was amazing! So glad I walked in here when I did. Such great service! Definitely will stop by again.

Lena was so helpful and so kind! My mom and I were laughing so much with her. She was very caring and clearly had interest in us and wasn't just doing the bare minimum.

Vidal was a great help. Very patient and took time to explain things.
We visited him twice to finish up our phone upgrades.
We'll be looking for him when we need to do our other upgrades.
The store seemed quite clean and well taken care of and the other employees were friendly and attentive.
