Heinen's Grocery Store

Love shopping at Heinens. Fresh produce, great meats and friendly atmosphere.

I'm originally from Cleveland and I felt a little homesick.

The store was well stocked.

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The prices were kinda high... But it's in a nicer neighborhood which kinda makes sense.

I really wish that they would just put two chicken noodle I don't care when I go there it's empty and they just got it back in stock so it hasn't even been that long I think they should put out two containers of soup of chicken noodle since they know it goes so quick

It is so nice to have a store close by that has plenty of pasture raised animal products, locally grown produce and kind and helpful service!

Good sushi, selection of produce even organic. Nice flower selection in winter. Everyone working there seems to be extremely nice and helpful. All appear to enjoy their jobs. Seem to stay. One of my favorite grocery stores in the area. Kudos to whomever does the hiring/training. Plus no coupons necessary.

Nicely laid out store. Good selection of seafood, meat, cheese, wine. Friendly staff. In addition to the advertised seafood this store has some seafood especially flown in from various places because of the connections the main guy has. The selection is better than at another Heinen's we have been to in the Chicago area. We go the Glenview steore almost every Saturday, and we have never been disappointed. The quality is just VERY good.
Lots of fresh organic vegetables. They started carrying microgreens! Love it!

Efficient check-out, lots of parking .

I live close to the original Heinen's and my wife and frequent the store often, sometimes several times per week. Quality of food is high, though much smaller than most Whole Foods the food compares favorably. There are many helpful employees checking and restocking shelves at all times. Prices are also on a par with Whole Foods but it is worth it to me for the convenience of being so local and accessible. Much prefer Heinen's to Jewel for fresh produce. Meat is pretty good, seafood selection very marginal, prepared foods sometimes good but expensive for what they are. All in all, I recommend Heinen's, especially for fresh produce, though it won't have the selection of the larger grocery store chains.

Heinen`s is a well-stocked grocery store and have a great selection of produce. It`s so convenient shopping in here.

I have shopped at a lot of grocery stores in my life, but this is by far my favorite. It’s the perfect size, bright and clean, with great produce (love the local farms section) and a great bakery and fish & meat counters. They have everything you’ve looking for (including wines), but most of all their staff is all friendly and helpful. I honestly love shop here.

I grew up with Heinens in Shaker Heights Ohio and now that I have relocated to suburban Chicago I find the store to be just as good. I will frequently shop at the two locations close to me. One is close to my office and the other close to my home. Both are top notch!

Great fresh fruit and vegetables. The bakery and deli have lots of choices and good sales. The super fresh shushi is always delicious. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

This is our 1st choice grocery store. Not too big, not too small. Great selection. Nice quality, nice people. Amish chicken which my mom really loves. I think the prices are good. We always find everything we need. Worth a visit.

Immaculate and well organized. Super friendly and helpful staff. Produce looks amazing and fresh. Slightly awkward parking lot since the entrance doesn't face it. Hidden gem I often forget about that I should visit more often.

The staff is what makes this place great. I have been here dozens of times and never took the time to give a review, but just today on New Year’s Eve I had five very positive interactions with the staff helping me find things, to the checkout person, to the bagger. Everyone here really is great. I think it’s a well run, very friendly store and a nice part of our community. Hats off to the Heinan Brothers.

Fantastic neighborhood grocery. Deli, meats, salad bar selections are great, and produce is fresh and plentiful. For a relatively small store, the choices are surprisingly good. Even some hard to find items. Staff is super nice and helpful. And beer selection is surprisingly outstanding!!! That's important to me. :) I love this place.

The lighting in this store is great. It makes it seem so much more open.

The prices are slightly higher for some things.

The fruit is great and the presentation of the fruit is just as good.

Their beer selection is fantastic. Lots of refrigerated craft beers to choose from.

They have good sales.
