Unicorn Asian Sushi Hibachi & Bar

The food is excellent ,the atmosphere is good ,but the service is terrible by that one woman waitress. She didn't bring the silverware napkins plates we actually got up and got them ourselves she wouldn't come back to check on us, honestly she would be the reason that I wouldn't come back again if you got rid of that woman and kept the gentleman that I got the first time who gave great service and was right there to see if we needed anything there's a guaranteed I'd be back. Please get rid of the woman was not happy at all with her

We love this restaurant. Great food from the filet to the chicken teriyaki. The drinks are strong too! Even after one mai tai you’ll be buzzed! The service is great too the girls that are waitresses are quick and on top of it. I like that they help each other out. The atmosphere is great also. They are nicely decorated and it feels warm and inviting. Really great spot I’m glad we got it here in town.

Extremely attentive wait staff. Super fast kitchen. Beautiful sushi presentation. The happy hour is the best deal in town. Bartender/Manager "Manny" was incredibly customer service oriented. Highly recommended!!!!

Excellent Japanese food, sushi and other Asian choices from lo mein, sesame and Generals Chicken and even Pad Thai. Due to covid, Habachi tables weren't available but the habachi (teppanyaki) dishes were prepared in kitchen and served like other meals. Filling Bento boxes, individual and platters of sushi, sashimi and rolls. Food and service were excellent.

Amazing deals on their sushi especially during happy hour. Otherwise, prices are quite high, but portions are larger to compensate. Sushi is of good quality and tastes good. If you like sushi, give this place a try! Location is very clean, and the staff is very respecful and friendly.

Sushi was very fresh, and we had the entire place to ourselves on a Sunday afternoon. We got fancy rainbow roll, snow roll, and 2 basic rolls (salmon and tuna)

Unicorn has always been the go to for lunch, happy hour or dinner. The food is always on point, the service is excellent and the food prices are fair. I’ve been coming to this spot pre covid so I can see the changes in prices but it’s still fair! Sushi is yummy, and portions for the hibachi are generous. I always have leftovers. Love this place!

Surprised at how good this place is. It’s in a strip mall. We had the Singapore noodles to start, and a few rolls and a bento box. Everything was great. Really loved the noodles and my unicorn roll.

One of the best sushi restaurants in Rockland. I love getting their pork goaza....uhhh it practically melts in your mouth. The Godzilla roll with added shrimp tempura and spicy mayo will always leave you wanting more. Now onto the drinks, the lychee martini is soo good, VERY ADDICTING so be careful. Overall this is the perfect spot to chill with friends and loved ones. Service is always amazing whether you're sitting at the bar or table.

Just finished dinner here, and it was great! The food was excellent, and the hibachi chefs were highly entertaining. There were a few glitches in service, but the place is brand new, so that's to be expected. The restaurant and staff are lovely, and I expect they'll get even better from here!

The food here is very good. The prices are a bit more than you would typically pay but the food is obviously of better quality. I'd say Unicorn is closer to PF Changs as it pertains to quality and portions. I've enjoyed several types of sushi here, the Calamari and have had among other things, the sesame shrimp as an entree. I have never been disappointed coming here whether I'm sitting down to eat or picking up! The restaurant is clean and inviting. The staff friendly and accommodating!

Went on Christmas Day. I honestly thought it would be "fine" but I was pleasantly surprised - the food was fantastic! Delicious, fresh, beautiful presentation. We had a couple of very creative and interesting rolls plus some Chinese and Thai cooked selections. Everything was wonderful, including the cocktails. We'll be back!

I come here often and it is a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is great and a reasonable price and is consistent. The sushi chefs often come up with new and amazing dishes like for one time they made me a sushi pizza with a seaweed as the bottom of the pizza, a roll as the crust, rice for cheese, and assorted fish and sauces as the toppings.

My neighbor mentioned he wanted to try this place on passing. So my fiance and I looked it up, saw the pictures, saw the reviews and she said let's go. We had starters. Me: a garden salad which was outstanding. Her: clear onion soup which was awesome. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, she had the red snapper tempura as entrees. Enter a small cold bottle of Nigori sake, delish. Our entrees were both on point. Oh and my fiance had a volcano cocktail which was fire. No, it was literally on fire when she received it which was classic. We highly recommend this place. FYI: the hibachi portion of the establishment is closed due to... You guessed it, COVID.

Had a great Hibachi Mother’s Day dinner here with the family! Was impressed with the beautiful modern styling of the restaurant. Staff was most courteous & the food presentation was great! Definitely will return soon!

This place is fantastic. I have a 14 month old son and they always make us feel comfortable bringing him! The food is incredible and the service is fantastic.

Best Japanese food and sushi. Love the staff, I always feel welcome here. Me and my boyfriend quickly became regulars this past year and haven’t been able to find any other hibachi/sushi that beat it!
