Sales associate put the last item aside for me. And loved the fact that it was still there when I went to pick it up. Other places they put aside things for you and once you get there they cannot find it. The sales associate went above and beyond.

Went in there to get some stuff and was helped by Hugh. He is highly knowledgeable and spent his time discussing differences between women products and gave me some recommendations. I would highly recommend seeing Hugh.

Went in looking for advice and guidance and found the two employees to lead me to the light. They were friendly, offered plenty of advice and were extremely friendly!

Great experience employees are wonderful, especially the lightskin curly brolic employee he's great!

I went to this store to get a product and the sales associate Kevin didn’t even say a word when I got into the store. He was behind the counter on his phone the whole time. I asked him a question about the product that I was about to buy, the same product was displayed with 3 different prices, he said it was not the same. When I took the product and went to pay he then say that it cost 99.99 I explained that the product was listed on the display for $64.99 so he should sell the product for the price it was displayed as, he said I won’t get the product for that price he called his manager Nazire I think her name was and she was even more rude than Kevin. They both need more training. Kevin walked to the display and took the price off the shelves. I explained that retail does not works like that and they should sell me the product for the price it was displayed. Then he said I have to leave the store I’m not getting anything. Worst experience ever shopping at GNC, the new manager has no clue what she is doing and her sales associates definitely need further training. GNC you can do better. Disgusting customer service, disgusting experience… You guys need the old team back.

Every third time I walk up to this store there is a sign on the door saying “be back in 10-15-30 minutes” Today the sign says 45 minutes. Are the employees in the back getting their pump on with T bar rows? What’s going on here ? How much is the membership back there? This is rediculous. I just got an email to renew my gold membership- that’s not happening. This is the last time I go to this store

I walked into this location and the customer service is horrible. I was never greeted not even when i approached the counter with my purchase. Their was a gentleman behind the counter with a black shirt on by the name of Alex and the only reason i know his name is because the guy standing at the register said it. I said hi and still no response i was looked at like i was an alien. Horrible gnc location they need some customer service skills!!

Worst GNC around
Went to this location last night at 8:15 and the lights were off and door was locked when it was supposed to be open until 9pm. Then today when I went back to the store at 12:30pm the lights were on but door was locked again and no one answered the phones, was supposed to be open since 11am. Awful experience all around, definitely do not recommend.

Google says they close at 9pm, just passed by at 840 and it's closed! Who's running this place?!? And I could understand closing up a little early if it's slow. But 20 minutes early and when I called no one answers.

They steal ur money by hiding discounts, store is always close. Workers rude and ignorants. Never going there again
