Pump Pizza Pub

I've gotten Pump Pizza delivered before but this is the first time we went there and sat down to eat. Since we were dining in we decided to order dinners instead of their delicious pizza. To start we got the duck wings, they were delicious a good spicy sweet balance to the sauce. Their meat has a slightly gamier taste than regular chicken wings and are much larger. For dinner we got the hot oil raviolis and the Goomba panini. Our son got the fried mozzarella and fried Mac and cheese. He loved both dishes. I have to say the hot oil raviolis were my favorite part of the meal. The raviolis were perfectly al dente with the right amount of heat from the oil, they were delicious. The Goomba panini was also delicious and spicy. For dessert we got the cheesecake, Snickers and white chocolate raspberry. Both very good just wish the raspberry had a little more flavor. In all it was a good dinner. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. There was only one girl working the whole place so be patient when going, she rocked but when you do it all it can get overwhelming. She definitely handled everything well and did a great job. We will definitely be back again to try more of the dinner menu.

An amazing deep dish that had the freshest tasting ingredients and a flavorful crust. The wings - special sauce ones and garlic parm ones were delicious..it was clear that the parm was fresh and not the kind in the shaker. We also did a chicken bacon ranch regular pizza which was so good! To boot we had a great server named Annie!! Check it out!

First time trying. Highly recommend the pub nubs. Also pictured are a calzone, broccoli walnut pasta, and caprese salad. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Prices reasonable and portions large!

The food here is tremendous and the atmosphere is very quiet and chill. I love coming here for a date night. We have had the broccoli garlic pizza and the char Roni deep dish. Both were fantastic. Sometimes they can be out of liquors but luckily we're not too picky.

Absolutely amazing on all fronts. I haven't been this impressed with a restaurant in a long time.
The staff were incredibly friendly, made us smile, and made us feel incredibly welcome
We got the backwoods burger (we devoured it before I got a picture) it was cooked just right, and absolutely delicious
We also got the cheese Chicago style pizza. Now I'm a New York native, but this pizza was really good.

Got take out once and dined with a group of 16 here last night. Thought the food was great both times. Among my favorites were the Scampi deep dish, Pepperoni Deep Dish, and meatballs. The chicken francaise is also tasty. Our whole crew tried tons of other dishes and all enjoyed.

The deep dish crust is very good. I'm no deep dish expert but this crust was sturdy and buttery--almost like a cross between pastry and pizza dough. I'm a NYC slice kinda girl but I really do love the deep dishes I've had here. I recommend you go with friends and order a couple pizzas and apps/entrees to share. The food lends it's self well to enjoying family style. The place has a nice atmosphere--even a bit cozy since they have a fireplace. (I think it was gas or faux but still).

Met the owner and he was a nice guy. Seemed like a slim staff but the place was full at one point and we didn't face service issues other than a slightly long wait at the bar. If you have a large party, calling to preorder your food may be a good idea.

Ordered take out. Everyone I spoke to while waiting for pizza was friendly and attentive to my questions. Pizza was delicious, would definitely return to try other menu items.

First time here. Pizza crust is even yummy. Sauce is amazing. Good atmosphere. Loved the 80s music too. Wasn't busy at all so I can't judge on service if it was,but service was good. I like to be asked how the food is,but not totally forgotten so it was a happy medium.

Stopped in on Saturday afternoon for a pizza lunch. Our table ordered the Gardeners Pie & the Boom Boom Shrimp. The shrimp appetizer was the perfect amount to hold us over until the pie was served. Gardeners Pie is delicious and filling! No room for dessert at the end of our meal and that’s ok.
Service was outstanding and the people working here are very welcoming and fun.
We’ll be back to try more from the menu!

My wife and I visited Pump Pizza Pub for the first time on Thursday, March 30th, and let me tell you…we will be back. We seated ourselves as indicated by a sign at the door, and chose a high top in the bar area. The bartender ended up being our waitress, who did a great job keeping everyone happy.

We started out with a Moscow Mule and a Blue Moon along with an order of Boom Boom Shrimp. Excellent. Closest I’ve found to Bonefish Grill who set the standard for that type of shrimp! We ordered the medium deep dish Gardeners Pie to share, and let me tell you…it was probably the best pizza we both had ever had. No…we don’t get to Chicago much. But we know what we like. And this was good and we let both our waitress and the owner know, who stopped by our table to see what what we thought. Everything about our visit was great and we can’t wait to go back!! Also can’t wait to eat our leftovers tomorrow!!! Our order included an additional beer and a second double tall cocktail!

Enjoyed this place! We heard about it from a podcast and decided to check it out! Really great pizza, delicious drinks. We had the Chicago deep dish pizza and the crust was buttery and just as good as the actual pizza. Will definitely be back again!

Went here tonight and got the Buffalo Chicken pizza and it is AMAZING!!!!! The blue cheese is dressing and I love that it's not the crumbles!. Super friendly staff and owners and amazing food! The caramle Apple Martini is the PERFECT hit of fall with little alcohol taste. Definitely recommend anyone looking for amazing food to stop in!

Fun pub atmosphere with nice top-shelf liquors and 12+ beers on tap. But---come for the food!! The pizza is outstanding, both the NY Style which is simply perfection, and the Chicago style, which is so perfectly spot-on, you would think you were on the North Side of Chicago! Perfect butter crust, there is none like it in the entire area. The pasta dishes, burgers, and hand-breaded tenders are some of the best you will find in all of CNY!

We had a great server and the food was great. His mojitos were perfect. The food took a bit to come out but it was delicious.

Waitress was super helpful and this place has the best pizza!!! Fish and chips are unbelievable, bartender Rob is awesome! And owner is friendly and down to earth, definitely recommend this place first above and all as a good place for drinks.

Ordered the Chicken and Basil Chicago style pizza and some specialty cocktails. Excellent pizza and drinks, the crust of the deep dish was especially good, flaky and buttery. Along with the laid back sports bar atmosphere would absolutely recommend.

Was looking for some pizza, and our regular place is closed on Monday. Tried Pump, and was extremely impressed! Ordered a deep dish, a NY style, and some wings. All were very very good. The young lady who took out order on the phone was very courteous
and polite. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back for more! In a town full of pizza shops, this one is in the top ones for sure!

My family and I arrived late to town to catch a flight in the early morning and the kids wanted pizza. I picked this place by their pictures alone and so glad I did. Their Char Roni deep dish pizza was soooo amazing. Very rarely do my kids get excited over pizza but when we open up the box, all my kids went nuts lol. The person that took my order over the phone was so nice and so was the delivery driver. I give this place a 10 out of 10 this will be my go to place every time I visit Syracuse.
