We are from Indiana. Daughter had to have a covid test 72 hours prior to her job at a New York camp. Got the test at a Walgreens in Ohio on our drive to New York. The labs online portal for the lab results would not work. Stopped in this Walgreens in a frantic hope they could help. Christina, the drive-through worker was amazing ... took all her info and was able to get her negative results so we could finish our drive in peace!

This Walgreens was very helpful and contacted me regarding my medication dispense change and informed me they contacted my physician to make the change. Also they set me up on prescription discount to help with the cost. I've never had that at CVS!! Thank you!!

They don’t have it. Ya know. I’ve been to every location in search for it and i’ve given up hope. A girl can dream....

While I understand the Pharmacy is short handed and always busy, that is no excuse nor reason for the male pharmacist to be rude and pompous. Don't answer the phone if you don't want to help customers or if you're too busy to speak to someone who has an issue with their medication.

They never get my prescription correct, and if there’s an issue they don’t call me or the Dr , they just let it sit there until I have figured out there’s something wrong. Their customer service is terrible. I have been told all my prescriptions are ready for pick up then I get there and one is ready the rest are not. Just poor service.

They’re manager has poor customer service, he doesn’t help when the cashier has a long line and has paged for him to help. You can hear him talking in the office he simply ignores the issues. I do however like the employees.

Expect to wait in the pharmacy line 10 to 15 minutes to be waited on, even if you call in ahead of time

The freezers/refrigerators seem to be out of order quite frequently and therefore you are unable to purchase what you came for. Another BIG annoyance is being asked every single time if I want to apply for a walgreens credit card. If I said no the previous 10 times you asked me what makes you think I'll change my mind. I don't plan on going there anymore. Not a good way to retain customers.

Timeline of recent events
1. I start to run out of two medications so I contact my doctor to get refills
2. Refills are prescribed
3. I wait two weeks, and then finally hear that one of them is ready to be picked up
4. I ask why the other one isn’t ready when I pick up the medication that is ready
5. I’m told it’ll be ready by 3pm
6. 4:30 pm I get a text saying my second medication is ready to be picked up
7. I send my partner to pick it up immediately after receiving that text
8. My partner is told that the pharmacist has made the decision to withhold my medication because it’s now “out of my system” (due to them failing to fill my prescription for two weeks) and that they will not be giving me the medication I need, despite the pharmacy not having the medical degree that the person who prescribed that medication to me has.
I will be going to a different pharmacy from here on out and possibly getting a lawyer involved to deal with the effects that miss Arica’s power trip is having on my life. I need my medication in order to live my life to the fullest, HENCE WHY IT IS PRESCRIBED TO ME. Go literally anywhere else, especially if you need life saving medication, because if you send something you NEED to this pharmacy, good luck getting it.

Gone into this location a few times the worst customer service ever so happened with asking for masks and then with associate in the pharmacy very dimwitted actually had to move my prescriptions elsewhere I had to call my doctor to straighten there mess out that didn't even happen so wow better get trained better or something background checks must not help for this establishment.
