Kinetico Water Systems – Columbus

Really happy with the system. Water tastes great - I can really tell the difference. The service tech, Chris, was phenomenal. Took his time answering my questions and explaining everything. I highly recommend Kinetico!

12 hours before leaving for vacation we came downstairs to a leaking tank. We priced a new system at a different company, which was significantly cheaper in price, but looked like it wasn’t very good quality.
When I called the office, Michelle was kind & sympathetic. She transferred me to a tech to try to help diagnose the problem & make a plan. So thankful the first technician I spoke to over the phone, Billy, said to turn off the Kinetico system valve (to stop the leak), & we waited until we got back from vacation for a technician to come check things over. As it turned out, our 20 year old tank just had a couple screws loose.
The technician who came to our house, Darrin, could’ve easily lied to me and said our tank was busted (I would’ve never known different). Instead, from the moment he showed up, he was adamant about trying to repair the tank to help us save money. He was friendly, professional, respectful, efficient without feeling rushed, and most importantly honest.
Kinetico, in particular this location, has earned our future business indefinitely! Thank you so much, especially Darrin!

Just upgraded to a new system. Our old system lasted for over 25 years. The office ladies are always very nice and the technicians are well educated. I highly recommend Kinetico.

So we have a new home in Marysville. It has a Kinetico system. We got a coupon from them as a new owner of a home with their system for a $1 check They didn't even want the dollar. The gentleman that came out was incredibly knowledgeable about all of their systems. Tested our water showed us where we might have some issues with changing filters based on where the previous owner placed our Reverse Osmosis System. He diagnosed a few issues for us and I felt was very truthful. I had some questions about changing our filter and the previous owner had not changed the filter very often so the inside of the filter container was very dirty. He suggested a change out of that section of the system and gave you a price. We agreed to it. The service tech came out 3 Days later. I could not be happier with the customer focus that this company showed me. The service tax showed us how we can save quite a bit of money by just replacing a couple of Parts instead of a whole section of the system. I do not blame the sales rep for not having know that. That comes with years of experience as a service technician. Again very happy. Thank you.

Best system on the market at a competitive price. Our water was tested and a softener was recommended based on the results. They did not try to oversell. Very happy with it. This is our second Kinetico softener with a RO system. First one was an asset in a house we recently sold. Never had an issue in the 15 years we had it.

I bought our condo with a Kinetico system already installed and I knew nothing about it. I had started to notice rust/iron rings in the toilet and the shower. We switched to a "rust inhibitor" salt and that still didn't help. I figured that after 16 years that the system was shot and would need to be replaced. I called the main office to schedule the Territory Manager (George Cremeans) to come and check it out. I figured it would be a "hard sales" appointment where he would try and push me into buying a whole new system.
He was a little early for our appointment (which was better than late for sure). He went straight to the kitchen sink to test my water. After that, we went to look at my old system. He asked if I had changed the filter, to which I replied; "I didn't know there was a filter". He proceeded to show me how to operate the system and how to change the reusable filter. He manually recycled the tanks 2 x to make sure all of the junk that was in the system due to not changing the filter for 3+ years was flushed out. At no time did he say that my system wasn't working or that it had to be replaced. He told me the pros of purchasing a new system (which we will do in the next 12-18 months) vs keeping our current system. George was not pushy and was 100% professional. I would highly recommend him and Kinetico to anybody looking to improve the quality of their water.
BTW: My water is 100% better since changing the filter! Thanks again George!

I love my Kinetico Water System. We have had it for over 30 years. Best water ever. Replaced the original unit after 27 years, was starting to show signs of wear. Even the district manager was amazed it had lasted that long. I just hope the new one last as long.

Great service. We just bought a house with a Kinetico system and noticed the resin tank was continuously running. They set up an appointment next day for the tech to come out and have a look. Adam the tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Told us how to take care of the system. If you have hard water kinetico is the best and the service is exceptional.

I had Kinetico before and wanted it again but not in my utility area. It was installed in my garage and I’m very happy to have it back. Installation was fast and looks great. Very happy with the water treatment system and would recommend it to anyone even with city water.

We just had our Kinetico unit serviced. Sean/Shawn serviced the unit and Josh tested the water. These gentlemen were very professional and did a great job. The unit needed adjustments to improve the performance of the the softner. Sean/Shawn not only did the service but explained everything he was doing so we could easily understand. He provided some helpful hints on normal maintenance. We were extremely satisfied with the service they provided and Kinetico should feel good they have such high quality and professional people conducting their business.

We bought our house in the spring of 1983. We have hard water and about 5 ppm iron. There was a small softner that was a manual cycle. I had never dealt with a well and softner. My wife had just gotten her blond hair permed. She took a shower and her hair turned orange. Needless to say we called Kinetico and had a new softner installed the next day and it saved our marriage. I only had one repair done in past 38 years. That is pretty reliable.

Kinetico is top of the line. It doesn't get any better. Lifetime. My parents were rite. Had a small problem and they corrected it immediately, with no charge. I have the softener and drinking system. I would not buy any other.

This is the closest store (45mins away) and their hours are not working family friendly but they do have 2 saturdays a month where they have a couple hours so we visited then. They have a convenient drive thru so you don't even need to leave your car. We stocked up on filters since they are much cheaper in store than online. Staff was very friendly and helpful to explain tips and tricks on how to make our system last

Wonderful salesman and a great product. Our 18 year old Kinetico softener still works great, we bought an iron filter and it works just fine.

George (salesperson) and Michael (installer) were great. System is up there in price but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. In my opinion if you have well water, KINETICO is a must. Tom from Utica, Ohio

I would recommend Kinetico to anyone installing a softener system.

With full installation price isn't much more than buying comparable quality equipment without install. Technicians are knowledgeable and personable.

I haven't had too many dealings with kinetico, but the ones I have had involved technicians that were very helpful to source parts for my older (early/mid 90's) water softener. They also hold customer appreciation events at their location, providing free food, face painting / balloon artists for the kids.

I Haul truck loads of salt to them. Never have a problem getting unloaded friendly people nice to work with. Wish more places were like that!
