Abigail working the food and register was wonderful this morning. Kind, and even let me sample matcha because I was not sure I would like it (I didn't). She was awesome.

I’m from California and now call Columbus my home. Katy the store manager has the most incredible staff! Ashley & Hailey are the newest baristas I’ve met. both go above and beyond. The entire staff makes this store one of the best I’ve ever spent time at! Thank you!

This Starbucks always has amazing service and are super quick getting their drinks out. Special shout-out to Brooke that was running the drive thru today 11/30 who is an absolute joy to interact with.

The drinks are nasty on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I cannot explain why. The rest of the week perfect cups and nice people.

Liam was kind and accommodating to my request. The drink was delicious. Fast and efficient.

The location is always busy and yet the staff is friendly and you can always see they are trying to get drinks out asap. The bathrooms are always clean compared to some locations. People get upset at the length of time for their coffee, but you can see that they have 2-3 espresso machines going + all the other drinks: it's the volume of business. It's just high. If you want to be the only one waiting for coffee go to a Starbucks inside a Kroger.

Family time our first time at this location, customer service was great and drinks came out fast. The Caffe Latte was wonderful just not enough kick from this spot.

Not a huge fan of the remodel, and you will definitely have a longer wait than others bc of the drive thru but it was worth it!!! The lady at the register was very sweet and this is hands down the best drink I've had made. Top notch even while handling tons of customers

I ran through the Drive Thru today & Matt at the window was an absolute delight. It’s a beautiful sunny & 50 so the windows are down & I heard giggles from the car in front & behind me. Matt was greeting guests with silly playful rhymes & lyrics. It definitely put a smile on my face today. Thanks for being yourself Matt!! 10 out of 10 :)

The service at this site is top tier! This morning I accidentally ordered my drink to a different location 10 minutes away. The barista was kind, friendly, and without hesitation offered to remake my drink so I could get to work on time. I appreciated his help!

I go to this location several times a week and I’ve never had a bad experience. Employees are always nice. Food/ drinks are always good.

Better than good products and food, excellent, reliable friendly service, repeat customers are remembered and all are greeted and thanked. Well-lit, clean, parking easy to access, but no disability assisted doors, well maintained restrooms & WIFI available.

Staff could have been a little more pleasant. And chipper 🤷🏾‍♀

Drinks, food and customer service are always on point! Cayden and Vicky always make my mornings better. They’re so sweet!

The staff is very friendly! One of the baristas remembered the way I like my coffee from when I ordered there the prior week. It’s very clean and very cozy. The perfect place to be on a chilly Saturday morning!

They were really busy today, despite that, my order was done at a good time.

There's always a line but it moves fast! Employees are very nice and respectful. Yummy!!!

So I’m a regular here and Brooke at the drive thru window is by far the best person this establishment has hired. She gives the best customer service I’ve ever received. She’s enthusiastic, kind and you can tell she really cares. You deserve to be manager 🔥👍

For a holiday pre-brunch swoop in, they were quick and friendly. Everyone was focused on preparing drinks and making sure customers were happy. My order was accurate and exactly what I needed so I have no complaints.
