My neighbor Christy works for Value City and recommended we check them out for our furniture when moving to our new house. Last year, we bought the Bowery and today we just had the Collin delivered. Omg so comfy!!! Jack helped us this past week with this purchase and was fantastic! The process was smooth, we got our sectional 4 days after placing our order, and we can’t wait to make future purchases! Value City has really stepped up their game compared to 5-10 years ago!!

Kip was helpful and not pushy. Helped me find furniture that suited me. The delivery wasn’t seamless, but that was due to me measuring incorrectly. The furniture was able to be delivered through another entrance. I would work with all of them again. Thank you!

Kim Hale was amazing. She helped us decided on what would work best for our space. She gave us all the dimensions and suggestions and she gave us time to think and decide what was best for us. She helped us get the best prices/financing options available. She is an amazing sales associate and I would absolutely recommend working with her and will be requesting her help in all our future furniture purchases. We are very excited for our new pieces to come in and are very confident they will all work in our space due to Kim’s help/knowledge.

Just purchased my couch from the VCF in Easton Market & Al C was a great help. He was very pleasant to work with. He made sure I understood the terms of the warranty and was very knowledgeable about the furniture in general. When we went into the store we were met by Tracy who graciously allowed us to go browsing on our own. When we found what we wanted she sat on the sofa with us discussing family, value, and warranties. It was a very welcoming, pleasant experience. Two thumbs up.

I was able to shop on my own and when I was ready to ask questions and order, Anna was so helpful. I didn’t have to wait more than a few weeks for delivery. The delivery fee was fair and well worth the $. I was kept updated on delivery status and the delivery team could not have been better. Overall, this was an exceptional experience.
