The framing staff was amazing! I had no idea what I was doing but they were so very understanding, gentle, SO helpful and didn't try to sell me what I didn't need-they walked me through it all, offering great options and suggestions, all while being amazingly professional yet friendly!
Additionally, the prices for the custom mats were better than I thought and they finished earlier than promised.

On Friday 09/03/2021, I returned a purchase to Michael's. I have no artistic ability so I not good putting things together. The store was short staff. Carrie was very nice and professional. Carrie pick the perfect floral arrangement for my vase. I appreciate her. taking the time to assist me. Excellent customer service.

Any craft material is found in this store. New store on decor artificial flowers, they are jus great. Self service checkout available. Helpful staff. Seasonal decor available.

They have a great selection of seasonal decor and had almost everything I needed for some projects in mind, and more. The store was pretty empty, I went on a weekday morning, so distancing from others was possible. And everyone in the store was wearing a mask correctly.

This is one of the few stores in Ohio that has a lot of stuff that you can beautify your house with. The staff are very helpful and courteous. It was my first time of visiting the store and I reached out to one of the customer support staff to help locate what I needed. She was very very helpful. This is a Five Star store and I will visit regularly from now.

Even though they didn't have the product I needed the professional staff looked for it and researched the product until they determined that they do not sell the product. They tried to help, listened, researched and they were very polite.

They have a little.biy of everything for all hobbies. Some items can be a bit on the higher end but they also offer great sales and coupons! My go to craft store for sure

I have to say that BECAUSE of Covid customer service at many places has changed and I definitely understand. Everyone wants everyone in and out of the stores quickly as do I. Today I have to shout out Jerra who went out of her way to provide the Best customer service for me and found the candles I went there for. I truly appreciate her doing so because by doing that she saved me a lot of money! So kudos to her and to Michaels for having her on your team! And also Happy Birthday J!

I try to stay out of stores but sometimes you just have to venture in. I browsed through all the departments. They have quite a bit of new craft tools.. I just love it.

Went in to Michaels Sunday around 2:35 and had a great experience. The young lady at register 3 greeted me with a very pleasant smile. Keep up the good work.

I love Michael's they are all great, this one is very clean, very helpful, covid19 guidelines being followed, its a hard time to be an artist in a pandemic but mostly this place helped me to forget, besides the masks and social distancing. One of the cleanest, most organized Michael's I've been to in a while, even while they were stocking their shelves. Michael's craft stores is the bees knees the cow's udders. Thank you for making my supply run, fun. 🥰
