My favorite nail spa!
My nails come out beautiful every time, and always last 3 weeks. All of the girls are so nice, and give the best massages. The store is beautiful, clean and calm. 10/10 recommend to everyone :)

I highly recommend this new 2nd location nail salon.
It is very clean, the ladies are all well trained, and do a professional job. I especially recommend SNS powder gel manicures. They last until they grow out, which is usually about 3 weeks, and they don’t damage one’s natural nails. Thanks Jenny for your consistent expert care.

Went in on 2/11, called for an acrylic set and was told upon arrival that they do not do acrylic sets. Was pushed to do sns dip and then when I mentioned that the coffin shape looked too square, she told me it was fine and she still needed to file it down. I ended up having to file it down after telling her on two occasions that the shape wasn’t what I wanted it to be. My cuticles are torn up and she cut me with the nail file. Never in my life have I had a nail tech file my nails to the point that I am bleeding. My fingers hurt so bad I couldn’t unbutton my jacket and my nail beds were sore for 3 days. She apologized for cutting me and blamed it on dry skin but there are visible cuts from where she cut too close to the skin. The design is smudged and she looked at it, tried to wipe the smudge off, and then continued to put top coat on. She couldn’t do the basic design I asked and struggled to draw anything but a heart.
The best thing about this place is the hospitality and kindness of the workers. 10/10 if you want to be taken care of, 2/10 for manicures.

They charge $42 for a spa pedicure. The massage was the absolute worst. No effort whatsoever they charge five dollars extra for a nail polish. They claim last longer. So I thought the five dollars for the nail polish would apply to both pedicure and a manicure. They wanted to charge five dollars for the pedicure and five dollars for the manicure. So I told them no manicure. The tech put me next to the foot dryer for my toenail polish which she didn’t turn on. She gave me a bill to pay. I paid and tipped 20% and she just walked out of the salon and made a phone call. No back rub, no thank you. A complete waste of time, time is very precious. The pedicure is less than average. There are missed spots and now I’ll go somewhere to get my manicure done. When I told them no manicure, they said oh wait we won’t charge you the five dollars extra. I don’t like to be treated that way. There was not one person in the salon except for me and I was treated very poorly. No customer satisfaction concern whatsoever. I never write negative reviews . I know that taking time for a pedicure is hard so when I take one, I want it to be a pleasant and enjoyable experience. It was not.
