At Macy's, Jefferson Valley Mall we had THE BEST customer experience at the Lancome Perfume counter with Aida! She was exceptional, knowledgeable and kind. She brought the holiday joy back to us with her personality and willingness to spend time with us to explain, the perfumes, notes, etc. Thank you Aida!!!

They were very helpful with an exchange of damaged shoes I had bought weeks ago in a different Macy's store, and I didn't have the receipt. They didn't have the same shoes but had a similar pair shipped to me with no shipping cost. On top of it, as the price had gone down in the meantime, I received back the difference. And I bought some other brand shoes with a big discount as well. Very satisfied customer.

I went to the Jefferson Valley Mall Macys, the people were very nice extremely friendly and helpful. The Mall actually was very updated since the last time I went, very nice boutiques, great sales. Notvsurevif they have these type of sales consistently but today's experience was great.

Store was clean, help was friendly,, not too busy. One of the last few anchor stores most people can still go and try on clothes for a perfect fit,, buying online is convenient, but looking for a specific size, it's still nice to have a place to try different options,

Had a great experience there. 5 stars only because of Angellete! The selection wasn't large but she had no problem taking the time to show me all that was available and even shared the available deals with me trying me know as a Macy's card member that I would receive an additional discount. She truly was amazing and I would definitely return just for her pleasant encounter!

Never disappointed at this place. Have been coming for years and will continue to dine here as long as they are open.

I'm giving 5 stars for surviving. It's not the store of the past, with a fraction of the merchandise, but I was so glad it was there when I needed a suit in an emergency. Not a wide selection, but good quality at a reasonable price. The place was very clean and the space staff very friendly. I considered J A Banks but I was never impressed with their service. My purchase was a small thank you for the parade and fireworks we continue to enjoy.

Saw theses shoes which ones should I get?

Went in Macy's to see if they sold jewelry was quite surprised to find out they had a good selection of jewelry ,I was able to find something really nice at a great price for my wife.If you're looking for something for valentines day give then I recommend giving them a try the store at the JV mall was very clean and the staff is pleasant.

I am blind and went in with my new guide dog and our class of other blind individuals a new guide dogs and our instructors. The employees were all very kind and understanding and patient

Great quality goods. When you buy a shirt there you know the fabric is good quality. You can tell by touching it. When you shop at kohl's the fabric is cheap and you can tell immediately. It's better to pay more and get quality items at macys.
