My children’s bus driver attempted to show them an inappropriate video, but when it didn’t load he just explained the contents to them. I won’t get into specifics, but I had a lot of questions that night about concepts i didn’t think I’d have to navigate with my elementary kids.

I repeatedly tried to get a supervisor to take my formal complaint and it would be several days before anyone returned my call. When they did, they said they would review footage and call the next day. They never called. I’ve ultimately stopped allowing my kids to ride the bus because I didn’t want to wait and see how the driver’s additional poor choices/judgements would impact my kids and because it seems this department is poorly managed and run without accountability
