I’m often not offered much/any assistance when I come into the store despite being in there for a while, however, this past experience was great. Judah was a great help and assisted me in finding what I needed.

Update: Came into the store again and had another really great experience. Associates Gino and Cesar were very helpful and offered great service. They greeted me when I walked in, and were really patient throughout the buying process. They spoke to me as if I was a human being as opposed to another dollar sign. Would definitely work with these two guys again. Also, when I went to checkout, I forgot to show my rewards card until after the transaction was completed, but Samantha helped me get it corrected, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend these associates.

I don't usually do reviews but I just had to take the time to report the wonderful experience I've had each time I've come into JD's in Polaris Mall. I'm a frequent shopper of the store and each time I've had the pleasure of being provided top customer service by a young lady by the name of Sydney. She is always a great help when I come in, has a great smile and I always leave spending more than I anticipated. Not great for me but great for you. Most recently she went a step further in helping me pick out a pair of shoes to match my clothing purchase. Clearly she could have passed me off to another employee, but she assisted me with finding the perfect shoe before leaving me in the hands of a shoe associate. I'm writing because you just don't see this level of customer service and professionalism in young people anymore. She is clearly an asset to your establishment and one of the reasons I keep coming back. I am also an executive at an established, local retail chain. Lesson here.....Be careful how you show up to people because you never know who's watching.

I had an amazing shopping experience. Employee Tim helped my son pick out multiple outfits and shoes to go match. It was almost like having a stylist for free. The normally difficult teen was very happy as well.

Dominque spent a great deal of time with us, handled questions and went above all expectations to help us with our shoe and clothing questions. We also bought a set of Force Fields per her suggestion. I didn't even know they existed! I'll definitely be back. Please give Dominique a well deserved customer service award, JD Sports Corporate.

Avalynn is the best store manger this store has ever had so helpful and has such nice cashiers!!! I’ve never been to a better shoe store in my life they always have the freshest shoes so you can stay hip . Such an amazing staff we love Ava sports !!!

I seen some of the bad reviews and let me tell you my experience was the complete opposite I went on Friday oct 21 and let me tell you every single one of the workers where hands down amazing I ended up picking up a pair of Jordan 13 retros I absolutely love them and then I went to go look at more shoes I wanted a pair of Nike dunks they didn't have any in a 13 but then the guy proceeded to say hey I think I have a pair you might really like and pulled out a nice white and black pair of dunks for me and I would of got them I just wanted to keep them in good shape and ik I wouldn't be able to do that lol but just great customer service yesterday and who ever was working in the morning they all need a raise they where all on there game

I think her name was Savannah, and she was so helpful. I really appreciate the time she took to find shoes for me to try on, even tho I had no ideawhat I wanted. This had been the 5th shoe store I had been at that day and finally received the Customer Service I was looking for. Thanks!!
