I was looking for a small family own shop in Hilliard to do my Automotive work. I found McQueen Tire & Auto LLC on Google. I called and spoke to the owner Riley. After speaking to him just a few minutes I new I had found my location shop to work on my cars and trucks. He was very professional, he went over everything. What would be done, give me a day to pick my own time. Was very flexible. Today he installed my two inch leveling struts on my truck. Riley gave me a time line and said if anything changes he would let me know. Well everything want well and he called me and told me my truck was ready for pick up. So if you are looking for a small shop that takes pride in customer service McQueen Tire & Auto LLC is the shop for you. I will be taken all my work there. Someone that cares about you and stands behind his work is what I was looking for and found it with McQueen. Thanks Riley for making me feel good and that someone still cares about customer service. You guys are awesome.

Had a great experience there. They did an excellent job and had my brakes and rotors done quickly and very reasonable priced. Super friendly. Would definitely return.

I’m actively writing this review from their lobby - I am just SO IMPRESSED with the customer service. Had some emergency brake work that needed done and Riley was able to make the repair happen same day after lifting my car up. Not to mention the cost didn’t totally wipe out my bank account. I will definitely be coming back here for any future repairs I might need. Thank you to Riley and everyone that helped!!

Awesome tire shop! Swapped out old tires for new ones on rims. Got it done fast but not without care. Reily cares about your needs and will work with you to get done whats best for you. I had a great experience with McQueen Tire & Auto! I was considering Goodyear tires, and Riley steered me to a solid alternative choice that saved me some money. He went over the other tires’ reviews with me and found me an appointment time quickly that enabled me to take advantage of an existing rebate offer. And my car was done in just about 2 hours. I also biked home from there and to there to get my car back and he went out of his way to very graciously help me with my bike so I could get the front tire on and off to fit my bike in my car. I will definitely come here again for future tire needs and I recommend them!

Wow wow wow. I am so impressed with this business and their customer service. I called this morning to see if they had any availability to just check out my car because it started to make a funny noise and it was kind of an emergency to get it looked at. Riley said he could take a look and give me an estimate if I brought it in around 3 (same day). Before 3 he gave me a call and let me know he was available sooner than anticipated and he was able to assess the problem and get my vehicle back in working order right then and there when I wasn’t expecting him to be able to fix it til at least Monday. I am so grateful for this business! You really saved me and my partner on such short notice. Support local business! If we ever need help in the future we will be taking our car here from now on and I recommend if you are reading this you should do the same!

I had my front and rear brakes and rotors replaced by Riley. I am very impressed by this business. They got me in fairly quickly, got the job done in a timely manner, and the price was very fair. I will be back next time I need a repair and highly recommend this business.

In a nutshell they were honest, fast, and fair. Gave me a quote up front and stuck with it. I got brakes and rotors done on my 2020 fusion hybrid and was shown that since I have an electric parking brake like most newer vehicles that they had to be reset with the computer. It was a very informative lesson since I didn't know you couldn't just shove the calipers back like normal. They work on appointments only, so call ahead.

Best in town! If you have been looking through the Google reviews trying to determine if the person or company that you’re about to use for their services, you need to look no further. Riley is amazing and really good at his job. He will make sure that you fully understand the process as he has amazing customer service skills. Your car is going to be in tiptop shape when it leaves his shop. I believe that he is one of the best mechanics in Columbus and If you leave it with him he’s going to quote you a fair price and it’ll be completed timely. Those quantities are important when you are trying to keep you car working properly and on the road!

Riley was very helpful and responsive. He explained all the steps and options and helped me understand the drivers of cost for the recharging of the coolant for my air conditioner. Super fast and friendly, too!

I finally found a mechanic who I can trust! Riley is honest and takes pride in the work he does and the business he is building! He is a one man show and works tirelessly to make his customers happy! He is very knowledgeable about the service he does and is patient and explains everything to you and answers any question you may have. He changed my breaks and rotors and also went out of his way to check and replace my tire stem and put in my air filters I had. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

He had all the things that are important to me: he scheduled me quickly, described the problems in a way I could understand, explained the recommended course of action (incl. prices), and critically, solved the car issues. Great service, had my tire patched here and I was in and out in 30 minutes, very fair prices too!

I can’t say enough great things about Riley. He’s always so friendly and finds a way to squeeze my car in for repairs at the last minute. The turn around time is extremely fast and I always feel like he gives me a great deal. I drive over 150 miles each day so my car gets pretty worn down which requires lots of maintenance. I don’t think I’ll ever take my car anywhere else but here.
