Pet Supplies Plus Lyndhurst

I am unsure how I have missed reviewing this pet supplies plus. Our family and our cherished Bernedoodle love this store! They have the best groomers in Northeastern Ohio! The cashiers are always in the most pleasant mood, waiting to assist you with all your pet needs. I recommended scheduling your pets grooming and be prepared to be amazed at the phenomenal customer service and quality experience.

Great cashiers. Even bagged merchandise as I requested without a frown. Pleasant and knowledgeable to answer questions. Also, on this visit I was greeted by whom I believe to be the manager while walking to cashier. I told him that the shelf was only left with a couple of the items I had just purchased. He immediately followed me to show him and with this hand ledger logged information right then on the spot. Great store for our pets and of course our people who shop for them.

Small but well stocked. Nice staff. Healthy fish. Adorable ferrets. What else do you need?

We’ve been coming here for a couple years. The place is always clean and everyone is really friendly. Lately there’s been events that are so fun. We’ve had our dogs picture taken with Santa and also had valentine pictures. We recently went to the doggy fashion show that was so fun. I think it’s great they have events that help with fundraisers. Ryan is great!

The woman who took care of my aged toy fox terrier was so kind and gentle with him. He showed absolutely no fear or discomfort. she has a wonderful way with animals!

The store flows well and is always clean. They have an amazing selection of foods and treats and toys and anything else you might need for a wide variety of pets. If you sign up for a card, you can get $5 off a toy for your pets birthday!

Very nice people work here and they're so helpful when you have questions. This gal's beat up bear was replaced by a pink pig that also has 2 squeaky sounds. What could make a pooch happier (not counting chow)??

Excellent customer service from all associates and the products that I need are always in stock. The vet clinic when I need to go there also provides excellent customer service. I appreciate this store location and its associates please keep up the good job. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days!!!!!!

You will be amazed by all the choices, and ideas for the animals you love, the arrangement of the store, the clean and welcoming environment, and the great service.
